This place is ridiculous with Covid hysteria. It's November 2022 and still have exaggerated Covid guidelines. I understand... procedures and cautionary guidelines during the height of the pandemic, but this is an overreaction. I can't think of any otherbusiness with these exaggerated rules. Yes, obviously I am a fan. I have been to 4 different locations and I would say that I found almost the same quality for the... food. The difference is the waiting time and the friendliness of the staff. Again, 411 menu is my favorite w rotisseriechicken (additional charge apply). I bought dark meat rotisserie a few times. Although the change was likely due to the pandemic, I think the format of takeout for this kind of food works really... well. Ordering online was really easy and pickup was pretty painless and fast. Quality is as great as it has always been fromthis chain and everything is well packaged and labeled. Will definitely be grabbing lunch from here again. Read more
This place is really a downer. They continue to block they're blessings. Why you would not take phone orders is unconscionable... and that's what you built your reputation off of. Its just more personable and I like to see my food before I pay for it. Ratherthan get there and its not right. The Woodland hills location rules over this place. The Northridge location must think everyonehas internet and most do but many older customers never use the internet and these are the main people that's been supportingyou lames for over 20+ years. Its so super insulting you almost have to go somewhere else. The owners are intensely money hungryand don't give a F. The more you support this place you are basically justifying stupidity and lameness; and the food althoughreasonably good, its nothing to write home about unless your complaining.
