While I normally quite enjoy Chili?s from time to time, this particular location was not very good. The waiting staff was... phenomenal, which is why this restaurant is receiving 2 stars instead of 1. My husband tried the chicken and waffle special,which we were told at the time that it would be removed from the menu. We quickly understood why after tasting it. While itwasn?t horrible, it also wasn?t very good. Incredibly strange flavor pairings that just didn?t work. I opted for the traditionalcarne asada steak with rice and beans. The steak was sooo severely over cooked I could only tolerate a few bites. Unfortunatelysome of the rice was weirdly undercooked so occasionally I felt as though I was biting into a pebble. First of all the hostess looked miserable. Took forever to get seated for a small party of 3 plenty of tables open so not sure... what the hold up was. Waitress was nice but extremely slow and had the nerve to ask what it was I had asked her for after wealready paid and we?re ready to leave. I used to live in this area couple years ago so thought I would stop by since this chileswas always good. I guess it went downhill. Food took forever to come out and was horribly prepared. My steak was thrown on thegrill frozen so was dry and chewy. My moms plate was really ugly especially the mashed potatoes looked unappetizing. We askedfor some ranch and butter and it took 10 minutes to bring. The kid that dropped off our food looked like it was the end of theworld when we asked him for sauces. There were six in our group, the server was in training and the lady training her was rude and not very helpful. I didn't get my... salad, the salad that did come out to one of my colleagues was wilted and brown and the chicken looked like it needed to becooked more. We were offered drinks and food we didn't order and although we told them we didn't order the food and didn'taccept it, they put it on our bills anyway. I understand that a new server can make mistakes but the one training her shouldhave helped her more and should have trained her with more compassion and empathy. The food was mediocre at best and I would notrecommend this particular Chili's to anyone. I will not be a return customer. Read more
Got the 3 for me tonight. Ordered strawberry lemonade, ?Buffalo? chicken sandwich, and the dip trio. The sandwich was served... about 7-8 minutes before the dip trip. Apparently they forgot it. Finally got the trio. Once I enjoyed my appetizer (late) I duginto the sandwich. I?ve had juicer chicken at McDonalds. It was literally the driest chicken sandwich I?ve ever had. My lemonadewas empty. I timed it? waited nearly 10 minutes for a refill - and she walked by me nearly 7 times before she filled it. I hadto ask for the refill and ask for basic things like napkins and silverware. I?m usually patient but I hate being overlooked.Food, not good, service, not good - there?s better places around. Disgusting! I ordered burger combo today. Everything was going well until I open my Caesar salad and while eating it I found a... bug in it! Was gonna give this a solid review until! My family likes Chili's, and we've given this location a couple tries, but both done-in and takeout experiences have been... consistently horrible. The wait staff are friendly enough, but theyre clearly under-staffed. On our latest visit, we had to movebooths because multiple ants started crawling into the table. The manager failed to communicate this move to our server, so wewere forgotten for a long time. Our order was entered with a minor mistake, our fries were not fresh, refills took forever, anddessert that we order to-go was brought out on plates,.and we had to box them ourselves. Read more
The appetizer, southwest egg rolls is delish!! The day we went ( New Year's Eve), Chili's was short on servers. We decided to... sit by the bar and got Adriana as our server. Despite her being busy and probably quite stressed, I found Adriana to be verypleasant and attentive. We ordered an appetizer platter which was decent. Then we got some 'real food'. The menu is a perfect size. Great setting for birthday party, and the service is like no other. Yes the drinks (alcohol) weren't... as strong as would of liked but it isn't a bar. The BBQ ribs were a bit tender for my partners liking but then again they don'tspecialize in BBQ. Overall a good place to eat as a family to celebrate a kids birthday. Read more
