Employees are nice but the place is really dirty. There are a lot of flies near the topping area. I flinched because of the... amount of flies that dispersed when they went to grab my toppings. The employees had no reaction to the flies. Almost like theyare used to it. They are breeding somewhere around that place. I would check the undercounter refrigerator. Those machines areknown to be moist and humid and are a breeding ground for maggots and larva. Read more
First visit with friends. The counters/glass were dirty.I was concerned about the work surfaces also. I never saw anything being... cleaned or wiped in between, even his hands after handling cards and cash in between times. (Food borne illnesses & now covid,hello!)ugh. Read more
I visit this location because the staff is always so pleasant to interact with. They are always happy, smiling and ready to... work. They interact with you and ask all the right questions. I leave a tip every time, they earn it..and deserve it. Read more
My favorite ice cream parlor!! Maybe I?m a hard rater but a 5 star in my opinion is that WHEN I WENT IN everything was... perfect. ONLY reason I rated it a 4 is bc it?s always a little cluttered looking and outdated-not aesthetically pleasing. Butice cream is sooo good!!! And service is always good at this location :) I get the chocolate devotion with a tub to take home.DON?T get the choc chips INSTEAD get the shaved chocolate. The best - if you?re a chocolate lover. The flaky choc adds a nicetexture to the brownie over the chips being hard. Read more
Ordered an cream sandwich tonight and it literally had cleaning product in it. It tasted like bleach. At first I thought I was... crazy so I had my S.O. take a tiny bite and she confirmed there was definitely something in it and immediately spit it out. Itook it straight out of the box so there's no chance of contamination from somewhere else and it took a few bites to realize atfirst what I was tasting. Now I have a massive migraine and am sick. I had a gift card and decided to redeem the remaining amount at this location. The Associate was friendly and polite, the ice... cream was great. There was outside seating available so we ate there. It wasn't until we we're finished that I glanced down andsaw the interior windowsill full of rodent droppings! Absolutely repulsed! Read more

Some places don?t need pics. This is one them. My snapshot was very good, the all girl crew is fantastic. They all work together... to have your order ready. It is sort of rare to see this type of teamwork in other respectable establishments. They all lookhappy and cheery. Very speedy service the layout is pretty simple. Which by the way it took me longer to find what I wanted thanordering it have it in my hands and enjoying a nice cold ice cream scoop in a cup. To management: kudos for having these girlswork as a team. It shows good management. More businesses could use a great model of teamwork like this one. Especially duringthe weekend and times like these. This is my second time visiting this store, and I really like it. It is a place that Iconsider when I just can?t take the heat. Cause sometimes depending on flavors bothhave to be mixed which create another unique flavor, but this is something we end up doing and by the time your done you have aflurry or milkshake. But they asked to mix it for me!!! ??Mind blown! They do this so a scoop of our favorite ice cream can beenjoyed? Actual ice cream and not setttle for a milkshake flurry thing.
