???????? & ????? My son and I went here for dinner and I have both positive and negative things we experienced during our visit... at this location. So I will write my review in the order things occurred. We were greeted and seated with a smile. When thehostess returned to take our order my son ordered the Philly Cheese Steak Stacker dinner and wanted mozzarella sticks as hisside. ???? ???? He was quickly told they don't offer "Substitutions" and was told what his choices were and that the price wouldstill be the same if he didn't want any of them. So I spoke up and told my son to order what wanted and told the hostess that Iwanted his side to be the fruit salad and to put it in a "To Go" bowl for me to take home. I then informed her that ourexperience regarding the "No Substitutions Rule" is a Negative and I would be including it in my review. I then ordered myself aBacon Temptation Omelette with Hash Browns as my side. The food presentation was excellent and appeared to be very delicious.???? ???? However, my son let me know why he only ate half of his sandwich was because the meat was very dry, the bread tastedlike it had previously been frozen, and that it didn't have sufficient flavor. Then he added the comment that it was very blandand would never advise anyone to order it. ???? ? He said the mozzarella sticks were great and did eat all of them. My personaladvice to IHOP Management is to either properly train the cooks how to prepare the meat and serve a tasty crowd pleasingsandwich or remove it from the menu all together. NOW FOR THE GOOD IN MY REVIEW. ???? My omelet and hash browns were Excellent?Ihighly recommend this item if you enjoy omelets. ? I can?t complain we got really hot food and it was fast and the manager who took our order knew we tired and helped expedite.... The chicken tenders were very good! Read more
I enjoy their breakfast, one of the only reasons I come here. Always getting their breakfast sampler. This specific location,... their customer service isn't the best. We had an issue where they ran out of English muffins, and instead of them making usaware. They waited until we ask if we were going to receive them. Why wait? On top of the the waitress had an attitude the wholetime. Aside from that, the food was cooked to my request and as always I enjoyed their pancakes. My wife also ordered asandwich as was made to her request. Over looking the low quality customer service, we wouldn't mind coming here again. Read more

Very busy on Halloween morning at 2:30 AM. Glad they're open 24 Hours, 365 Days a year. They were understaffed and doing their... best. Social distancing was observed and surfaces were thoroughly cleaned. Worth waiting for good food and friendlyservice. Terrible accustics, as they didn't have anything to absorb sounds of the crowd. It was only my second time coming to the store and for the second time I was kept waiting an extremely long time just to have my... order taken. I know that right now people are shortstaffed but I have to say I waited a little over 30 minutes just to have myorder taken and still no one came over to at least offer me a drink I will never be coming back to this location ever againbecause it shows me again and again that I can?t do the basics and I worked at customer service include myself so I know whatI?m talking about Read more
