The most unsanitary jersey Mike's I've been too. He held the piece of turkey he cut for my sandwich against his apron and then... put it in my sandwich. He slide my sandwich against the counter to the other employee. The whole crew was being very carelessand acted like they didn't care that a customer was there. They talked about whatever they wanted which were thingsinappropriate around customers. Very disappointed with this location will not be coming again. Read more
I've been to many Jersey Mike's locations and this is by far the worst one in the valley. I am not sure if they are under new... management or not but whoever is in charge should really make some changes. As soon as I entered, I was not greeted and it tooksomeone a while to even acknowledge my existence. Once they did recognize me and I placed my order, I could over hear theemployees complaining about a variety of different things. I totally understand if employees want to vent to each other, butdoing it in front of the customers, is not an ideal situation. I order two hot sandwiches and they just handed it to me closedso I couldn't even witness what they were doing. I had wanted to add pickles to mine but since it was already closed, they couldnot do anything about it. There were also a lot of people inside the location and it's small inside which made it difficult tosocial distance. I was so happy to leave. If I decide to get Jersey Mike's again, it will definitely be at a different location. Read more
Ordered online as we usually do and we have an account. Started eating our food and noticed something was wrong. No olive oil or... red wine vinegar. This is the reason we come here for... Mike?s Way! If we wanted a dry sub we would go somewhere else. Ryan isthe worst person to speak on the phone with. No customer service. Told him we ordered food for our lunch trip (which was all theway to Downey) he said ?oh bring it back from where you are at and we will give you oils and vinegar.? Lol what a joke of a guy. This location is really bad. Just got sandwich made by employee who I didn't see name of (stocky African American dude). Made... sandwiches for 4 customers at once so we had to talk over each other to make our order. Ignored me the whole time and insteadmade my sandwich how he wanted to. He forgot the bacon and avocado on the Cali club (isn't that the whole point of thissandwich?). Had both his headphones in the whole time. I asked him to correct the order at the end but his attitude was reallynot friendly and this isn't the first experience like that here. A lot of the employees are rude. Don't come here, go to anotherlocation if you can. I don't think management here cares at all about the customer. Been to other locations, they are waybetter. Read more
Ordered a giant, they gave me a regular, they didn't have bacon that comes with the order so they said wana try salami so I said... yes, I asked for pepper jack and they gave me something else. they gave me a regular instead of a giant, so he said, Justcharge him for another regular, those two regular cost me more together by like 5 dollars. They assumed I only wanted 1 sandwich and started taking orders from the customer behind me. Finally, when they got back to me... for the rest of my order, they rang me out & prepared my sandwich before I could even customize it. Low key, felt ignored andrushed while other customers were getting special treatment for their orders. Read more
