I'm so disappointed in the service here. The restaurant clearly forgot to go offline of Ubereats (to turn off accepting new... orders). They called us on the phone to ask us to cancel the order on our end, which was impossible since we had already beencharged. Also how did you have our number and name to call us if the order "didn't go through"? Our Uber app alerted us that thefood was ready and charged us. Once we got there they tried to say that the order never came in? Even though we had the chargego through. They had us wait around in their hot crowded lobby for an hour and a half while they called and were placed on holdwith Ubereats directly. After all that they were obviously unhappy with Uber they sent us on our way with no food :) and advisedus to call Uber. Poor management here wouldn't it have been simpler to just prepare the order? This place is great. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. The broth is one of the bests i?ve had, very tasty and flavourful.... The uni was fresh but the rice could really be better. The baked mussels are a must try at least once (they were awesome).Shishito peppers are amazing. Overall this place is one of our happy places. Read more
WOW!!!! I LOVED IT HERE!!!!! They seat you quick food takes a little while to cone to you but YOU CANT RUSH ART.LOL... HAHAHHAH????????????..service is great I love sushi but can't use chopsticks ???? guy was so cool about it he got me limetrainers you put on the sticks to see if I can do it...but just incase I FAIL (WHICH I DID) he brought me utensils.so super cool????...prices are decent , Only suggestion would be to have their sodas be free refills instead of in a can it's kind of cheapfor the good quality of a restaurant that it is. We ordered vegetable tempura, a dragon roll, a veggie roll and an avocado roll along with a couple of Sapporo beers. What a... great meal! The flavors were fresh and the presentation was mouth watering. They also offer ramen. I highly recommend thisplace for all sushi lovers, vegetarian or otherwise. Read more
