I'm so disappointed in the service here. The restaurant clearly forgot to go offline of Ubereats (to turn off accepting new... orders). They called us on the phone to ask us to cancel the order on our end, which was impossible since we had already beencharged. Also how did you have our number and name to call us if the order "didn't go through"? Our Uber app alerted us that thefood was ready and charged us. Once we got there they tried to say that the order never came in? Even though we had the chargego through. They had us wait around in their hot crowded lobby for an hour and a half while they called and were placed on holdwith Ubereats directly. After all that they were obviously unhappy with Uber they sent us on our way with no food :) and advisedus to call Uber. Poor management here wouldn't it have been simpler to just prepare the order? This place is great. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. The broth is one of the bests i?ve had, very tasty and flavourful.... The uni was fresh but the rice could really be better. The baked mussels are a must try at least once (they were awesome).Shishito peppers are amazing. Overall this place is one of our happy places. Read more
WOW!!!! I LOVED IT HERE!!!!! They seat you quick food takes a little while to cone to you but YOU CANT RUSH ART.LOL... HAHAHHAH????????????..service is great I love sushi but can't use chopsticks ???? guy was so cool about it he got me limetrainers you put on the sticks to see if I can do it...but just incase I FAIL (WHICH I DID) he brought me utensils.so super cool????...prices are decent , Only suggestion would be to have their sodas be free refills instead of in a can it's kind of cheapfor the good quality of a restaurant that it is. We ordered vegetable tempura, a dragon roll, a veggie roll and an avocado roll along with a couple of Sapporo beers. What a... great meal! The flavors were fresh and the presentation was mouth watering. They also offer ramen. I highly recommend thisplace for all sushi lovers, vegetarian or otherwise. Read more
5 stars for food and 3 stars for service. They have issues with answering the phone when I call and the service is slow and the... staff is not the warmest. They have a large parking lot which is also a plus in my book. I usually go to to the Encinolocation but I was in the area so I figured I?d try this one out. I?ve always been a huge fan of Ramen and have been to many inthe valley, but this chain is my all time favorite. They have sushi as well which makes a great appetizer. I usually get theCalifornia rolls because it?s light for the Ramen that comes after. I usually get the Black Ramen but you can also create yourown with your favorite toppings which is always a nice choice, especially for ramen beginners. The only issue I had this timearound was I had a $10 gift card and I was unable to use it. The manger came over and apologized and stated that they hadswitched over systems and it was ?down today? and that I should be able to use it next time. It was a little frustrating becausethe one time I try to use it, it seems to be magically broken. I will try again next time and update my review if needed. Read more

Amazing restaurant, everything we ordered was delicious. We got the truffle salmon, geisha roll and spicy ramen. Everything was... 10/10 delicious. I didn?t even think to take pictures of everything. It?s a must stop if you?re looking for sushi and/or ramen.They also have a Daiso next door. Read more
