The manager (who is a female) hands down the rudest people I've ever talked to. I was trying to explain the problem I had and... she just kept shutting me up and telling me 495 495. Basically I drove off very upset without getting exactly what I ordered.I will most likely never visit that location again. Also my burger bun was completely saturated in something. I was just there waiting to order with no other cars in front of me for over 10 minutes. Then after I pay they ask me to go to... the 3rd window and wait some more! There were no cars behind me ? This is not the first time there was an excessive wait time.Get a competent manager in there Read more

Waited over10 minuets in parking lot after paying and being asked to wait for a Double Quarter Pounder Combo, only to find that... they only gave a quarter pounder. was already half-way back to work so I called to ask for a replacement at a later date and noone answered the phone after numerous attempts. The incompetency on display suggests poor management and rushed employees tryingto complete orders they are already behind on. There are too many other businesses nearby for this to be a viable model forbusiness. Not planning on coming back. Read more
