I was excited to try this place on a recommendation, but have to say food was average and bland. Got the enchiladas and the... tortilla was raw and filling was cold. Cilantro cream sauce was bland. Just better execution would make this better. No one inour groups was thrilled but not bad enough to send back . They put the food in the salamander to heat before serving but fail toheat the food underneath. Read more
Great food and drinks! Stopped by for lunch with hubs and ordered the appetizer platter and vallarta ceviche (my... favorite!)...the watermelon margarita was just perfection! ???? and to top it off the service and hospitality was great! Read more
What an outstanding experience!! The food was fresh, filling and so delicious. My husband and I have worked in the restaurant... industry for over 20 years, so the entire dining experience is so important to. Our server, Samantha, was so gracious, attentiveand incredibly hospitatable. She greeted us with such an energetic smile and made us feel so genuinely welcomed. This is our second time here and we are definitely feeling this place. The service is great, nice people, they take your order... right away and bring chips and salsa as soon as you sit down. The menu has a dish for everyone and the prices are fair. TheAgua frescas come with a complimentary refill. The portions are big and we have leftovers. Friendly staff greeted us as we stepped in through the air conditioned storefront. Plenty of well spaced seating inside and... out. Super clean restroom. Fast, attentive, friendly wait and bus staff. Food was flavorful and hot. The 'El Trio' wasdelicious, the chile relleno was the star though. Not too fluffy, pepper perfect cooked. Chili Verde was great, as was thechili Colorado. Found this place while looking for a restaurant to dine in with my son while visiting in the area. This place is ridiculously... good! The portions are big, the service is wonderful! I had the cantario which was the perfect combination of sweet and tart. Weordered the asada fries, molcajete, and crispy tacos. My son devoured the asada fries. The molcajete is a must! It?s a cozy little restaurant with as of the date of this review offers indoor and outdoor seating. Food was great rice was... flavorful and not burned and beans were good. Missing a little something but still good. Carne Asada fries were an appetizerand were pretty great. Service is a little scarce but they were friendly and due to the pandemic not holding it against thembut one star :). I?d recommend if you?re into those fun Hispanic style drinks as shown here. You gotta be kidding' me..RIGHT? We have tried this place TWICE far apart and the food was as horrible the second time as it was... the first. I don't know who's writing these five star reviews but we could walk to this place and we will NEVER go there again!How can you mess up Mexican Food? It is by far the WORST Mexican food you could ever ever have. Bland and tasteless. It alsofeels dirty to sit there (look around) and we left vowing never to return. And we won't. Read more
