Just had lunch here with my wife and we really enjoyed our food! Steaks where great and tender. The food came out fairly quickly... after ordering which was nice. Our waiter was awesome and very attentive, kept coming back to check on us. Only thing I didn?tlike was my Cesar salad had way too much dressing and the price was a bit higher then what I think it would have been fair. Wewill eventually come back, the steak was great! Excellent waiter I had this evening. Generally this establishment has superb waiters and waitresses with a few exceptions that... happened years ago by now. Food was very well done, my Fillet Mignon was a perfect medium rare in the middle with only the veryedges having gray bands. Overall would recommend. Read more
Arrived. Asked for a particular seating and she granted the request. Kyle presented himself as the server. Requested food be... spanned out so not to arrive all at once. Food was delicious. Kyle was courteous, he listened and communicated well. The orderwas as requested. Blessed him beyond 20% tip suggested. He was great. Food was so good that I forgot to take pics of the NYStrip with sweet potato and blue cheese-pecan wedge salad. Raspberry tea was refreshing! All tables were disinfected after eachguest. Read more
We?ve been going to OutBack for years. It was my first time going to the one in Chatsworth. It was just horrible!!! We ordered... two bone-in Ribeye Steak and got one instead. They literally cut one steak in half and brought it as two. As you can see in thephoto. And I?ve been eating steak my whole life. Read more
After having a lengthy drive, my friend and I stopped at the Outback, Northridge. It is a first time in this store. Outback has... always a great choice for business entertaining. The waiter we were given didn't appear to want to be there. It was like reversediscrimination. He barely gave us any attention. I special order everything due to food allergies. When he brought out a loadedsalad I told him it was unacceptable , he stood in the middle of the room àt top volume to anyone who could listen "I don'tlike your karma. You need to get someone else to wait on you". It was embarrassing. I told him I was going for the manager. Heyelled at me to go for it, which I did. Manager came to talk to us and this young gent kept interrupting him. Manager called himdown at least 3 times. He told us to have patience, he was sensitive. We had a late lunch around 3pm. Hardly anyone in the restaurant. Service was great because the staff was eager to service the... small amount of customers. The only downside was the coconut shrimp were cooked a little too long. They looked burnt, and were alittle too hard. Read more
