I ordered and picked up pizzas from Papa Johns Pizza several times. They made the pizza exactly as I had requested. The only... criticism is the price, which is far too high and unaffordable. It is far less expensive to buy frozen pizza and cook it athome. There are also places in the valley that sell pizza at a lower cost. However, I still recommend them because they areclose to the school and have friendly and quick staff. Read more

My order was online and when I called to let them know that my pizza was missing an ingredient, the guy who said he was the... Manager for now named Jose, tried arguing that I didn?t chose a one topping. I proceeded to tell him that my sauces Initderedwere missing too and that my pizza was cold. Not even warm. He puts me on hold and never came back. Disgusting food andextremely poor customer service and I don?t believe he was a manager cause they don?t behave like that. Read more

I ordered online and accidentally mistyped my delivery address i noticed it almost immediately and called the store and had to... wait about an hour on hold and when I finally got to speak to someone I was told that if I want my pizza I have to go to theaddress it was delivered to and ask them for it. I also contacted customer service while I was on hold and they said theycouldn't do anything and just to submit a complaint so now I've paid and didn't get a pizza or a refund after an hour of waitingon hold and speaking with a customer service representative. The order takers seems to be foreign immigrants and had a hard time understand me. One thing I appreciated the most was the... fact that our party started almost two hours earlier and I had to change the pick up time. Bit it was no problem for them. Overall, great place to order food! Read more
