My husband and I stopped in to eat before going to the movies. There were few people there and only 2 people waiting for their... food. When we got to order, I ordered a salad. At that point, the manager Natalie approached the cashier and said we could notbe served for 25 minutes. My husband pointed out the restaurant was practically empty. I reminded them that I only ordered asalad. Natalie told us that there were online orders that were more important than us. That was when my husband pointed out thatwe were the only white people there. He stated the obvious, that we were being discriminated against because of our race. Thankyou Pick up Stix. A step up from microwavable Chinese food. All those chili's are ridiculous. Rice was overcooked. Never again.
Omg first time here, a friend of mine talked good about food but ordered grilled teriyaki was old re cooked chicken, the rice... was uncooked both of the orders brown and white, tables were sooo filthy I had to clean them myself even they saw me doing itnobody offered to cleaned, chairs are full of dirt and bathrooms looked worse then a gas station bathroom?. It?s a little cold outside today, so I ordered a large hot Wonton Soup at Pick Up Stix. The wait for my food was a little longer... than usual. The cook in this instance actually had to be reminded by the cashier to make the order. When I got the soup and ittasted fine, however, there were three tiny wontons in the whole large soup. I?m not sure if that is normally how many wontonsare in the Wonton soup, but for a large order that seems insufficient. As for the cleanliness in the seating area and thekitchen, they could use a little more attention. The cashier?s customer service was good.
