i visited this pinkberry for many years with my family and by the past 2 years the service is just getting worse ???????????The... employees have been getting so rude and making fun of the customers they are also short on supply. They cut the toppings to 4when it used to be more... While serving the toppings that falls out of the cup they put it back in the container. Every time Icome here they give me a very bad aditude, I spend over 70-90 dollars every time because I buy it for 9 people. They disrespectmy Mother by talking back at her. I wish I could wish I could give this review a 0 star of how bad the service has been. Read more

Gosh I wish I could give this place more stars because its so delicious, but the poor customer service completley overrules the... tasty treats. When you first enter, its like a ghost land. Nobody seems to ever be up front to greet customers as they walk inwhich makes me feel a little uneasy, considering how inviting all of the decor and seating is arranged. When you are able toactually get some help from someone who just pops up from around the corner of the counter, they make you feel as if you arebothering them, or taking them away from something way more important than serving guests. Always short answers and attitudeswhen asking what flavors/toppings you want. I always feel rushed when ordering because of the attitudes I receive from theemployees here. Its upsetting. I will not be returning to this pinkberry location. Great tastes, but horrible customer service. Read more

I had come here once with my friend Eduardo and Mariano. Last night, my mom was craving dessert. She doesn't have the taste or... appetite for get shaved? She had kept on talking about this place in San Gabriel Valley about Fluff Ice where they shave the iceand put fruits on the ice. This had reminded me about Pinkberry. Almost the same concept, but the portions of toppings islimited. We had both ordered medium sized cups that ere $5.95 each and got mango yogurt. Next time if we com here for sure, weneed to order mango ice. And i got my mom mango fruit, mango tapioca, and for me i had the same except with an additionaltopping of kiwi fruit. The seating area is quite nice and there is comfortable sitting area outside. It's a clean establishmentwith friendly staff to help you out. I like the lighting and decor here. It brings out a serene feel to the place. Willdefinitely come back again and also refer friends here. Keep up the good work! Read more
Not worth the cost charged. 16 dollars for two smalls, one topping each. Their swirling process gave us product that was... hollow inside, so less product served. Only half the flavors offered due to broken equipment. Overall left us with a bad tastein our mouths, we love frozen yogurt. Not planning on ever going back here, unfortunately. Read more
