I put down on my order that I wanted curbside pickup at 6:00. I arrived at 6:00. I tapped the "I am here" icon and... waited...and waited...and waited. I finally got out of my car at 6:08 to find out if they even got the message that I was there(as they never came out to let me know it would be delayed). The employee came out one door, while I went into the other door. 8 minutes may not seem like a long time, but for someone who tried this for the first time, an employee could have at LEAST comeout to say "I see you. the amount of fees charged for delivery is inflated. I placed a $45 food order and my total was over $70 after your various fees... and costs associated with delivery. I am more likely to order from a local restaurant without so many excessive charges. Read more
Always well organized and efficient. Employee was very welcoming, and had my pizza deal waiting for my immediate pick-up in the... store. Pizza was perfectly cooked, chocolate chip cookie was fantastic, and the bread sticks were soft and tasty(with dippingsauce!) Read more
Even though I check I want a contact free experience and I pay and tip online prior, the driver ALWAYS rings the bell and waits... for me. I have to yell through the door we are all set and I paid and tipped online and please just leave it at the door. Thislast time the food was very hot (wings), but often the pizza is not as hot as we would like it. I do enjoy the taste of thefood, the contact free delivery option and the rewards program. Ordered pizza on Sunday before Labor Day. Delivery took an hour and a half to get here (I live less than 2 miles away). The... pizza was under cooked and the wings were under cooked. It was obviously a rushed job. For the people who work there, you'renot doing anyone any favors by sending out pizzas that are not properly baked, for the amount you charge for your food I expectmy food to be cooked. Read more
This pizza and the Pizza Hut employee deserve no stars. This is our usual Pizza Hut spot, but no more. I ordered a cheese pizza... with Roma tomatoes and received the pizza with tomatoes so burnt they look like mushrooms. I called the store and the person whoanswered told me, "the tomatoes are not burnt, that's just how they cook". I have NEVER seen burnt tomatoes on a properly bakedpizza. I decided to try the pizza after removing the tomatoes; the pizza has zero flavor, minimal sauce, and was salty. I couldhave been more satisfied with a frozen pizza. I wish I had read the other Yelp reviews before ordering. I would have justdriven over to Numero Uno instead having your so-called pizza delivered to me (Numero Uno's tomatoes are still red even afterthe pizza is fully baked, by the way).
