I always go there because either love the BBQ chicken. But today all 3 of the plate the chicken had a bad taste and ended up... eating just the rice and macaroni salad... I called several times and was put on hold and after calling back serveral times andI finally got through again to get no answer by the cashier and asked to the cook... this was a waste of money due to we didn'teat the chicken I still have that bad taste in my mouth even after brushing... Always give great portions. I can get one plate and it is enough food for both me and my wife.

Definitely love this place! We usually order over the phone and we always get greeted by a friendly, attentive, and helpful... staff. The price is reasonable for the amount of food that you will receive. Their Katsu is the best - my brother and I loveit! It?s cooked perfectly and the taste is perfect! Make sure to ask for Katsu sauce because it makes your Katsu taste fromreally good to really really good (unless you ordered Katsu Curry) The area is clean and even the condiments area organized -great job! I think their dining area is opened now but I usually order take out so you have to call and confirm that with themfirst. This Hawaiian barbecue is small but nice. The service is AMAZING!!! And the food is even better!!! The cashier(s) was extremely... courteous and nice. And made some very nice recommendations for first timers. The cook was great and made the food quickly. Aswe were getting our order, one of the patrons was giving the cook a nice compliment about how they cooked their order. This place has pretty good food for the price. It's like an L&L, however, I think L&L has better tasting food and they also let... you fill up o extra katsu and teriyaki sauce, while Q&Q does not. Read more
