The manager Tisha was absolutely amazing! Great service friendly and ready to help. Unfortunately this most recent experience... with Janet as our waitress was very poor. Drinks are great, food is delicious, atmosphere is nice. Staff was super friendly and attentive. We went for an early dinner so... not busy at all. Food came out quick and was nice and hot! Ribs are amazing! So flavorful, moist, and just fall right off thebone! The BBQ ranch that came with the onion rings was so good, had to get another lil cup full. Honestly I Have Been To TGIF Before and Food Was Great! But Took My Grandsons For The First Time And They Were Disappointed.... Hope if There's A Next Time Our Experience Will Be Better. Read more
The restraunt was almost empty. They have a smaller menu then they use to due to covid, but it did have a few new items on it.... The food was good and the staff super friendly. I tried the new loaded fry burger, it was a bit dry not the meet itself but thebun could have used a sauce on it. Overall I liked it and the appetizers sampler was on point and delicious. Read more
It was just okay. Our waitress was so sweet and kind and slow but you just csnt makeup for bad tasting food. Sadly i see this... chain disappearing soon with the rest that have forgmfitted real food menus for cheap eats. Sad Read more
