Food was bland , the vegetables did not even look like they were properly thawed and rinsed, asked for brown rice and gave me... white rice that looked slightly brown from the sauce.... , the cashier also cannot communicate in English at the time..whichmade communication a bit difficult . I want to make this abundantly clear, my problem with this place is not with the customer service but with the food. The... customer service here is wonderful. The girl at the counter was super polite and very accommodating. She's the kind of personyou would wish to have at any dining establishment. The cooks were also very friendly as they would wave to you from their tinywindow. My problem with this place is definitely the food. Just to be blunt, it sucks. The rice was under cooked, the beef wasdry and flavorless, and the veggies reminded me of baby food but with no flavor. This was my second attempt at dining at thisfranchise and it was just as god awful as the first. The magic sauce is not magical as it only made things worst. Zero stars forthe food but all the stars for the wonderful people working there. Read more
Alex is great! Been coming here for a while since it's close to my work. He always does a good job and is very friendly and... accommodating. Great customer service. Love this place mind you I went about 30 minutes before closing time and they were extremely nice and helpful. Very great... quality food as well. A tad bit expensive but it's healthy and we all know that the healthy stuff is priced higher than thefattening stuff. But yeah definitely like this flame broiler. Read more

Always fast service and delicious food. I often stop by this place after leaving the 24-hour fitness right behind it. Their... service is excellent. I usually don't have to wait more than 5 min for my meal but they always offer a water cup while I amwaiting. Sometimes the meal comes out faster than they can ring me up because the cooks behind the counter see or hear theorder. Read more
