Just walked in and try to place my order, the new guy was very respectful and nice, he came to ask his manager a very nasty and... rude lady which yelled at him and at me for no reason, people like that damage the entire image of the business, you need to getrid of nasty disrespectful people with no manners!! I used to be a customer of theirs for a few years but after today I refuse to come back. I drove up to the drive through window... where I was greeted with a man yelling through the speaker ?you have to wait 5 to 10 minutes!? I didn?t even say a word. Therewere only 4 cars if that in the parking lot? it was such a ghost town. Even at some of the busiest fast food places I?vevisited, I was never greeted with this type of service. Read more
I had the 5 piece nuggets and the 2 piece meal with two sides... The nuggets were horrible ... Couldn't finish them. They tasted... like rubber and the flavor was non-existent. I asked for 2 piece and she asked me what I wanted and I said sausage and ribs ...She said ok packed my food than at the register she said it only comes with a 3 piece so I had to add a piece of chicken forextra money ... The Mac and cheese was Lukewarm and the mashed potatoes were cold . The Gravy was not good at all . The sausagewas burnt and the ribs were very overcooked and had a weird taste .the chicken was very dry .. don't get me started on the bread. Cold and stale . It tasted bad the food was dry, I almost vomited, the cashier was rude, the bread was hard and cold, never going back.

This is a great Boston Market. Very fresh tasting chicken. I would suggest half chicken meal over any fast food nearby. ????
Let me begin by saying I LOVE Boston Market. I love their chickens, their sandwiches, their sides, their corn bread, I love... everything Boston Market is. This location though is lacking. I have been here twice recently, and both times, it doesn'tcompare to other Boston Market's I have been to in the past. The sides were luke warm and not that appealing. The same goes forthe 3 piece chicken I had ordered. Sadly I think I will need to venture further to test another location rather than bedisappointed another time. In addition, the poor guy behind the counter was the only one there handling all the orders, runningback and forth. Add another staff member, keep the food hot and fresh, and I think that could be a start. Read more
I'm a vegetarian so, I don't eat the chicken anymore, but when I'm in the mood for mashed potatoes, corn, and spinach I go to... Boston Market in Northvale. The restaurant could use better lighting inside or an updating. But I'm writing because I'm aCustomer Service Professional and always like to recognize good customer service when I see it. Sarah R is a cashier there andprovided excellent customer service while I ate my dinner. She noticed that a couple with an infant had leftovers to take home.Before they even had to ask, she'd brought a to-go bag over to them asking if they needed it. "You read my mind," the youngfather said. She then held the door open for them as he was carrying the baby in a carrier. You can't teach this type ofconsideration. You either have it, or you don't.
