Terrible.. I came for my a quick lunch to pick up food and leave. Ended up waiting there for 10 minutes and when i got to work... opened my cup of chicken noodle soup to find only 4 noodles and 3 carrots. And tried to call the place multiple times with noanswer. ------------------------ NEW EXPERIENCE DOWN BELOW--------------------- Went back today October 3 2022. I am utterlydisappointed again Panera. I order a Chicken noodle soup and get 90% chicken broth and 10% chicken, noodles, carrots. This isoutrageous, Panera you need to get your act together. Wasted money getting a food portion for a small rat. Obviously, this ishow you see your customers. As of 3 years ago when i made my first post, not once have you tried to contact me. Well done... Mr Zachary was very nice and kind but the girl in the kitchen was rude.i only asked for cashier and her response was so... nasty!! I wish he can teach the manner to her. Read more
New update. Increased rating from 3 to 4..see below 4/4/2022 Three (3) stars because the music is blaringly loud! I have no... idea why. It is not relaxing at all. I think they started playing the music loud recently, I don't recall it being so loud. Iasked the manager to lower the volume and she did but Either way it's not fun to be here with the music so loud. Some mightlike it and feel relaxed, but I surely do not. 12/26/2018: volume of music seemed to have improved. 04/04/2022:very nicetoday. Staff very pleasant, food is decent. Nice atmosphere. This panera bread is one of my favorite spots to eat and relax. The food is tasty and using the kiosk, I can personalize it! ... For example, the Greek salad personalized... No tomatoes, light onions, light olives, add arugula, add 2 hard boiled eggs (onthe side) wanton noodles (extra), light salt and pepper, add chicken, 2 dressings on the side.. I usually grab a to go bowlbecause there is too much food for one person after all of the personalizing! I save the baguette and eggs for a snack anothertime. The rest of the salad makes another meal. So, for about 14.00 I have essentially 3 meals. Also, if you have a reusablecoffee mug, you save 20 cents by clicking refillable mug instead of a small cup of coffee or tea. Sipping hot coffee by thefireplace is reason enough... The coffee is fantastic! I am grateful they were able to make it thru staffing shortages duringcovid.. The bathroom cleanliness took a hit but the service did not! I'm happy they are so accommodating to people who stay forhours studying as well as hosting a game night, which I believe is Thursdays but don't quote me. The Northvale location is always a satisfying place to go to. The service is excellent, friendly, and accommodating. The food... is delicious and I enjoy the additional dishes that have been added. The place is kept clean. Whether dining in, or orderingout, this location is reliable. Read more
It's exactly what you would expect from a panera. Great food, ok prices, good environment. Would reccomend using the app to... preorder as lines can get long. Once you order though, service is quick. Read more
Probably my favorite Panera location. I loved coming here when I was in college to study, hang out with friends and I?m still... coming back whenever I get a chance. There is a fireplace which makes it real cozy in the winter. The team is super nice there.I love Robin! She is very friendly, never gets anything wrong and just makes you feel welcome at Panera. Parking here can betricky, but other than that this is the best Panera around. Read more
OMG, the team at Panera came through for me today! My brother had requested one of the yummy sandwiches from Panera to be his... first meal after a procedure. I had limited time because I had to drive a fair distance to pick him up. I called and spoke withZach (hope I'm spelling it correctly) because my online order said it would take about an hour...he told me he would have theorder ready sooner than that. I was so grateful, but what really was surprising and amazing is the sweet note that was put in myorder saying that they hoped everything went well with the procedure and wished us well. WOW, that is customer service! Irecommend this Panera location! You guys rock! And of course, the food was yummy! Read more
