9:30 on a Friday. Ordered Ultimate Bacon Cheese Burger and Fries. Served to me in less than 10 minutes. Stella on draft. Good... stuff. A little pricey. But, I?ll be back. Personnel were on game. Definitely a couple of steps ahead of Five Guys. Read more
Fantastic! I'd heard good things about this place so I decided to visit while I was in the area. I arrived just before rush hour... so the restaurant was not too busy. The service was quick and the guy at the register was polite. I received my burger and friesles than five minutes after I ordered. I had a cheeseburger with one patty (or a junior cheeseburger) and it was delicious! Thespecial sauce really stood out. The fries were even better! These burgers are excellent! Burgerfi has the biggest beer battered onion rings I've ever seen, and they're super tasty as... well. Only get the Cry & Fry if you're really hungry - it's a LOT of food, especially if you also get a burger. If you wantany condiments on your burger, make sure to order it that way, as some of the burgers don't come with condiments by default. Read more
Absolutely delicious burgers and beer! Burgers are huge in portion but they can all be made as single burgers and some are even... available in junior size. Honestly the junior size is perfect if you don?t want to feel overly stuffed. The fries are so good,you can tell they are fresh. Service was superb as well. Horrible experience, horrible service and I paid extra to have it wrapped in lettuce and it was rotted. I made my purchase for... pickup online. I checked my order in the store and this is what I got. Pictures have been added. I showed the manager and helooked at me like I was crazy. He then tells me the lettuce is discolored bc of the knife. The lettuce was old and slimy. Ican?t believe they used it. IM NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN! I know what old lettuce looks like specially considering I was achef. Ewwww! Read more
Great burgers. Fries are awesome..(and huge) Friendly staff. What's not to like? We were on the fence about getting a dessert..... One of the employees (possibly the manager) gave us a sample of two to help us with our decision. Needless to say, we walkedout with dessert. Read more
First time customer. Ordered delivery on the website of a double bacon cheese burger with lettuce, onions and pickles; a regular... fry and a vanilla shake. My order was 100% correct. The burger was cooked well and tasted great! The vanilla shake was alsogreat! The fries tasted homemade and were not overly salted but not as crispy as I like them. Not sure if that?s the case whenplacing an order onsite. The restaurant order system was great in keeping me informed on the status of delivery. There was a$3.99 delivery charge which I didn?t think was too bad, delivered by Door Dash. My total order was $24.61 minus the tip. Ididn?t notice a place to add a tip so I gave the delivery person a cash one. The order was placed at 3:30 pm and received by4:03 pm. Ordering from the website was much cheaper than ordering through Grub Hub. They have a lot more burger options as wellas a kids menu and coke products. Next time I think I?ll eat at the restaurant to see if the fries are any different. Read more
