1. These guys close the store earlier than the officially posted business hours frequently. 2. The service has been bad. 3. Many... people serving the food didn?t care about hygiene and were dragging tortilla over the counter top. 4. The quantity served is notconsistent and depends on how the person helping you is feeling that day!? Chipotle food is quite good if served well howeverit looks like not enough attention is being given to maintain the Chipotle customer service standards at this branch. Oh my, where do we start here? I've probably given this location too many opportunities to win me back as a customer, but... yesterday may just be the final straw. In the past year alone, I've had online orders that I've placed, only to end up at thelocation to find out they were out of certain items. Mexican Coke and Chips, for example. I've lost track now of how many timesI've ordered burrito bowls, only for them to be completely out of chips. At least Trader Joe's is next door to save theday. For these online orders, staff were unwilling to refund or credit me in the store for the prepaid items that they were outof. There was also one instance where I went as a walk-in to place my order, only for one of the workers to tell all customersin line that they're only accepting online orders for the day. They looked to be fully staffed, as there were at least 5 peopleworking being the counter at the time. The worker told me as I was standing at the glass to, "order from our website, and we canmake it for you." Now, these complaints can only happen if this location happens to actually be open. Most of the time I'vetried going here, the place is closed. I mean, at lunch time during the week, randomly, this place will just be closed.Yesterday, I got there about 5:15pm to pick up dinner, only to find the lights turned off and the doors locked. The sign on thedoor said open until 10:00pm. It's truly inexcusable to have this happen so often. At this point, I really just hope corporatecloses this location, so I have no other choice but to drive a few extra minutes to the Middlebelt location. Read more

I don?t like giving out one stars because it may be a bit harsh but I don?t know what else to put. Every time I attempt to eat... here there is always something off. The one time they were randomly closed because of whatever reason (their hours always seemto be switching up). And now I walked up to the door and there was a sign that they do not have any white or brown rice. I feelthat?s a super important ingredient to be stocked up on. So, I really haven?t been able to actually eat here which isunfortunate and hence why I can?t really give it any stars. This place is horrible!! 2 times I've ordered from their mobile app and when I arrived, I couldn't get my order. First time,... they were open but their mobile app was down according to the rude employee. She just said I'd have to request a refund throughtheir website. Wasn't apologetic or helpful at all and I was never able to get my refund. This second time, once again themobile app took my order and money. I arrive at the location and they are closed with a sign on the door on how to get refunds.I was able to request my refund this time but it will take 5-10 business days which is a joke. I will never be back at thislocation nor Chipotle ever again. I am done with this trash of a chain. If you still decide to go, don't order from the app asit's a 50/50 shot you'll have food there. I should have checked the reviews before I came but I thought based on the location it would be good. They had completely ran... out of mild salsa. My absolute favorite item here. All the toppings were spilling out of their designated areas. Being vegan itmade me nervous that I was going to get meat queso or cheese in my bowl. Then to top it all off they don't take cash onlycredit. Maybe today maybe always who knows. Will not return Read more

Efficient. Could use a good tidying but nothing to complain about. The staff were great, the food was tasty and there was plenty... of space to sit. The outdoor seating is a good option when the weather is good. It?s also conveniently located and if you?reshopping at Trader Joe?s and you?re hungry, eat here before you go there so that you don?t put more food than you need into yourgrocery cart. ???? I placed an order online for pickup and it was supposed to be ready at 10:50. I got to the store at 10:53 and was told they... weren?t open for another 20 minutes. I told them that my order was supposed to be ready and the young lady stated they juststarted cooking. I asked for a refund and another lady rudely told me that I?d have to go online. I asked to speak to a managerwhose name I believe was Von. He never offered an apology and said it was nothing he could do if the food wasn?t ready. Theunprofessionalism was unbelievable. By this time other customers are standing behind me and one intervenes that he needed toapologize. I should?ve read the many reviews before I drove 15 minutes to this location. Never again. Read more
