Have had dinner here twice. Ordered delivery today from grub hub. Every dish has been prepared with fresh ingredients. My mom... loves the bacon sandwich because it?s loaded with bacon. The spinach pie is delicious. The lemon soup is my favorite! Today Ihad the gyro with chips, which were homemade. Every thing was excellent. Also when dining in, the service is great! A decent diner-esque spot, greek focused, with beer/wine/alcohol. The chicken Caesar salad wasn't great. The salad seemed to be... the outer leaves of the romaine head so they were tough and bitter. Add to the fact that the sauce wasn't tossed with it and wassuper thick and off-tasting. The Alamo skillet hit the spot for Barret. The sauce on top was creamy and smokey. Very disappointed with this experience. Ordered the saganaki and it came out at the same time as our dinner. Chicken with... multiple meals was tough and dry. Gluten-free options were great,but meal was delivered with contaminated potato chips that werefried in the same fryer as breaded food. Our meals came out and we were not finished with salads and soups. It had only been acouple minutes. So most of our meals went back and were kept warm under the heat lamp. Not impressed. Not sure if this was aserver issue putting it in the system or if it was a kitchen problem, but nonetheless it is a big problem! Read more
