I live less than a mile from this location. ABSOLUTE WORST LITTLE CAESARS. Little Caesars, do better dude. This is absolutely... ridiculous. This location is never busy. Yet the guy who is always here never has any ANY pizzas pre-made. No hot n ready orbreadsticks. And on a Saturday night, at 730 pm, he tells me (and I?m sure many other people) that I have to wait 30 minutes fora hot n ready and breadsticks. Because he never has anything made. Just do better. This is absolutely horrible customer serviceand it doesn?t matter what day of the week it is, this is every time I come to this location. Never has hot n readys or lunch combos available, 10 min wait each time. Customer service is very bad as is everywhere. Needs... new owners who pay and care to train there staff properly. Read more

The most unreliable food establishment you'll ever see. Go in after work to pick up a Hot and Ready, never have them. First... thing out of her mouth is "it's a 30 minute wait for anything." I leave empty handed from this place most of the time becauselet's face it, Hot and Ready is the only game at little Caesars. You'd never order and wait because it's just not very goodpizza. Employees are rude. Try to take your order from the back while yelling to the front. Arron was very rude about the exact... change policy which there is no sign for. Also getting a recipe was also a hassle. How do you pretty much require credit cardpayments and then not want to give out recipes blows my mind. Read more
Zero stars. We will no longer visit this establishment and we will encourage others to take their business elsewhere. This... Little Caesars is NEVER open when they say they'll be -- even during peak hours. Often, signs are left on the doors becausethey've closed early. If this store IS open, it is notoriously understaffed, and the staff, in general, is slow and apathetic.In trying to sympathize with staffing issues, it is still impossible to overlook the poor quality food. The Hot-N-Ready pizzasare never "ready" and even pre-ordered pizzas are undercooked. On the last pizza we ordered it was clear there was a shortage ofcheese, with a only few shreds spread on top, unmelted, over a swamp of sauce. It's time this place closes for good. Read more
Showed up tonight with about 25 minutes left prior to close. Asked for a deep dish pep, was told they only were doing round. I... know a pizza takes 7-10 min to make, and I know they were not out of deep dish crust. Was obvious the manager just wanted toleave at 8:01. Poor customer service. Avoid if it?s anywhere near closing time. Update. Went to Jets. They are open until10:00. Had full menu available. I guess you get what you pay for? Read more
Literally one of the worst establishments ever! They will not take a pickup order for anything other than bread or round pizza... after 8:30PM! I ordered today and went to pick up the order that was $22.00 and attempted to pay and was turned away becausethey said they don?t take $100 bills! This is after they told me it was a 40-60 minute wait because they were so busy! They cannow keep the food that I ordered since my $100 was ?too big to break and they don?t have $78 in change?!!
