I Love Menchies....but this location is the worst. I've been in 3 times as it's closest to me...EVERY single time the woman... there is hanging out in the back room. Only comes out grudgingly to cash you out. No niceties, no assistance, not friendly. The Canton location is the complete opposite. Drive the extra few miles and go there. It's a small little store, but it's a nice place to stop for dessert. Not too busy in the evening, though there is very limited... indoor seating and not much place to sit outside. Read more
Tasty ice cream, but this is a self-service concept. And when attempting to pay with a credit card, their system asks how much... I wanted to tip. Since I served myself, did not want to tip. Was not clear how to avoid tipping when paying with credit card. Had to choose "Other" option on menu and choose zero tip. Their product is a bit pricy anyway, and asking for a tip for aself-service concept seems ridiculous. Makes me uncomfortable when paying, and so will not visit often. Read more
Not really different than other Froyo places but still delicious. They have sample cups in case you want to try any of their... nice range variety of flavors. There are tons of toppings to choose from even some fresh fruit. Then you can top it off with avariety of sauces like chocolate syrup, caramel, etc. Read more
I love how menchies has such a large plethora if toppings from fresh fruit to sauces to candy! They constantly are changing... their flavors and I love their new one which tastes just like banana pudding! Read more
Great flavor selection that is consistently rotated/updated. High quality yogurts with plenty of toppings to choose from. This... location has a few tables and chairs outside which is nice in the warm weather. They also do delicious custom cakes. Read more
