Was visiting from out of town. Saw the drive thru line basically backed up through the parking lot and decided to go in. Only... two kids working and managing the whole store. They didn?t once ask anyone standing for their order. I spoke up and one kid justshrugged and said there are only two of us and the drive thru is the priority now in the inside. I just shrugged and walked out.Went to two other Tim Hortons near by and they were closed due to lock of personnel. Terrible experience. Read more
Terrible customer service. They didn't give me my entire order. The drive through was wrapped around the building. Entrances to... the building were closed, they didn't answer my calls. I walked up to the drive through window and asked for the rest of myorder that I already paid for, and they told me to go back at the end of the line. I told them no, since it's atleast a 20minute wait and I already paid. They finally gave me my coffee and yelled at me "That I need to have a blessed day" . This iswhy I only get coffee a few times per year vs daily like I did in the past. Read more
One of the worst experiences i've had in a long time. They screwed up my order, then started arguing with me when i had to go... back through to get the items they didn't give me that I was charged for. I'd recommend going hungry over giving this joke of astore your money. Read more
I frequently go out of my way to come to this Tim Hortons, as the individuals who work the drive thru are always incredibly... friendly and the service is fast. Today, I received exceptional service from Jaylen (who I believe is a manager). They were veryshort staffed, but Jaylen went out of his way to make two dozen donuts for a celebration we were having later in the day, andeven surprised us by including a special birthday donut for my son! Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been too!!! They were out of the flavoring syrup, out of bagels, out of espresso out of hash... browns like come on what good are you!? The girl taking my order was short and had an attitude, like it?s my fault you?re out ofeverything, then I get a breakfast sandwich and they just slap a slice of cold cheese on it.. the only thing you had to offer mewas sub par. (2021) I have to share my great experience today !! Customer service was exceptional! They were out of the donuts I wanted but... offered me the option to wait a few mins and walked it to my car .... and let me tell you they were amazing ! Thank you! This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to lmao. They forgot to make two of our coffee orders, ordered a bagel BELT that... came with only two eggs, no cheese or BLT, put mayo in a friends sandwich when we asked for no mayo. Had no hash browns and weretold we?d have to wait 15 minutes for them. And my goodness the place was quiet and the service was SLOW. Read more
