I stopped in to pick up a few items and was really put off by how rude the lady behind the counter was. Stopping transactions... with customers to yell at kids about grabbing a pack of crackers to go with their soup they just purchased, then telling them toget out of the store if they aren't going to buy anything (even though they just did apparently) I'll be avoiding this locationin the future. Customer service jobs should require someone to learn to keep their attitude in check, even with problematiccustomers. The way she addressed the children in the store was a disgrace. I hope the manager addresses this before they losecustomers over an unnecessarily rude employee. Read more
Great location. Store is clean, well lit and stocked, manager is super friendly.
They took 25 mins to help me. I ordered a large milkshake and it came half full. I asked for them to fill it yet they refused.... The milk shake was chuncks of ice cream and watery milk. There was also flys in the store. Read more
I found your customer service disappointing when I asked for help finding a particular flavor of ice cream, and your lack of... mask enforcement shows a total disregard for public health. You should be shut down on both circumstances. Read more
My friend went to pay for gas and was rude as soon as we walked up to the counter. My friend was paying for my gas and she was... paying separately for her zigzag wraps. The lady with the unicorn hair then gave us attitude and wouldn?t allow her to buy them,she?s 18 and had a valid license. Poor way of trying to have a good name to your company. Read more
I've complained before. For a newer Stewart's this place is horrid! The floors are always covered in trash, the outside entrance... is truly disgusting. The last straw? Took out of town friends in for ice cream. 1. Dirty floor 2. Tabletop covered with crumbs,debris and a glop of sticky red goop. 3. Friends commented on the frostiness of our servers who were downright sullen. Grantedthey WERE fast (which was surprising. The manager needs to either do their job or LEAVE. Read more
