The service at this dunks has gotten a lot better over the years. Haven't had any issues with coffee being wrong so I'd take... that as a win. Lol I love the people here they are always very friendly and know what they are doing, which is something a lotof dunks can't say. I give them 4 stars only because I don't drink their coffee often. Too inconsistent...some are great others...horrible...use to patronize alot ..stopped going 5 years ago...now I remember why..

Frequent this location multiple times per week and am always greeted with friendly employees. Even when they are busy I get a... smile. Not today! There was a younger gentleman working there late morning and was so incredibly rude and unpleasant it wastruly surprising and uncalled for. On top of his bad attitude I asked for a munchkin for my dog and he became even moredisgruntled and told me it's against company policy to give out munchkins and charged me $1.04. I was just there yesterday andreceived a munchkin for my dog. They are always super sweet to my dog which is one of the reasons I like this location.Apparently this grumpy guy is not a people person or a dog lover! Read more

Multiple times with them messing up my orders. Got 2x 2pc bagel mini plains and gave me 1 Flippin one. Don't suggest ever going... to this dunkin's better to drive down the road some more and just go to the one at the epsom circle that one makes almost nomistakes Read more

Waited in line while two workers tried to figure out an issue with the customer in front of me. There was three other workers... standing around talking and would of thought that just maybe one of them would of jumped in to help the line of customers but nothat's too much work Read more

Poor service. I went into the store, very disorganized, staff doesn't know who is doing what job. I have been here... several.times, each time same results. I have witnessed customer asking for.refunds their order took too long.to get. Update,tired of waiting in long lines for poop service so I tried the mobile app. The app works great, get to the store for.pickup, nofood upon arrival. Ask the person behind the counter and get attitude like we hadn't place an order. After a few words foundthey trashed our mobile order and still had to wait for our food. Can't win here! Not worth thefustration.
