Today, 9/6/22, I visited the your location store #1795 in Northwood, OH at 3812 Woodville Rd. The lobby was closed due to low... staffing so we went through the drive-thru. When we placed our order, the woman who took our order asked us to be careful whenwe pulled up to the window to get our food because there was a man standing at the window waiting for his order. We told her "noproblem". When we pulled around I stopped the car 10-15 feet away from the man waiting at the pick-up window. He then signaledus to move up to him so he didn't hold up the line. I am giving 5 stars rendered based off of a mistake that was fixed. I had to go back to get this order fixed. However I feel it... was worth it. The manager Anthony was very kind. I ordered 5 cheeseburgers and a large fry. I received 5 meatless cheeseburgers. Went back and asked for FRESH cheeseburgers with... MEAT and they took my large fry. They ended up forgetting to give me a large fry in the new bag and when I got home the burgerswere ICE COLD. Read more
Ch'King with fries and large tea was good. Employees at the drive thru windows were very polite.
I like burger kings just for impossible burgers. I'd also have to say there fish sandwich is better then McDonald's. I like you... can still get hi c fruit punch here.
