Used to be pretty solid when it comes to food for a fast food spot but everytime you show up after 11 they just say they are... closed for "maintenance". They will keep saying that until 2:30 when they are supposed to close then they leave. Food isundercooked half the time and the staff takes forever to take your order or is sitting outside smoking and is closed. Read more
Update: Taco Bell has reached out and offered their sincerest apologies. Called the police on us after we sat down and ordered... food and left and sat in our car in the parking lot. They told the cop that they thought we had overdosed even though they couldsee that we were clearly having a conversation. They walked past our car several times and said nothing. If they wanted us toleave all they had to do was ask. We weren't hurting anyone. My windows are not tinted and we sat under the spotlight so it wasvery easy to see into our car. Other cars were sitting in the parking lot just as long and none of them had the cops called onthem. There's no way they thought we were on drugs because they served us and held the door for us as we left. They also cameout to smoke cigarettes 10 feet from my car. I have noticed that this location used to have a few issues like forgetting items, giving wrong items, and having long wait... times even when there weren't many people in line. However it seems like they have new staff and ever since then I have not hada single problem with them. Read more
All the Years I've come to this Store I've never had a Bad experience....UNTIL TODAY. WE ORDERED 12 TACOS 8 SOFT AND 4 HARD AND... BETWEEN ALL 12 I COULD HAVE MAYBE MADE TWO TACOS. NO MEAT TONS OF LETTUCE. I know the Mexican Pizza came back but why must Isuffer on my Tacos. Order # 374604 - 05/19/2022----8:01:05pm $16.99 for maybe $ 2.00 worth of beef. The girls standing there giggling and staring at us while wait for our online order. We stood there waiting for someone ask us... can I help u but nothing. Waited 13 mins until one girl was leaving for the night and asked us if we had been helped. We said noand she apologized. Counter service sucks. Used to be the best Taco Bell waited in the line for a nacho bell grande shoved in a cardboard box with no type of liner soaking... into the paper & broken tacos with rotten lettuce all food went in the trash absolutely disgusting manager said I could comeback no thanks on the rotten food or waiting in line another 25 minutes for my money back ridiculous ** Update to ownersresponse Hey there I'm likely to never return rotten lettuce is disgusting and im sure a health department violation Nachoslaying on cardboard soaking into the paper just yuck!! Inside is closed. Door is always locked. Even if you do an online order to pick up inside the door is still locked. Covid is... over open the door!! Read more
