I'm actually confused by the bad reviews. We had a great experience! Gas prices were awesome, especially using Upside. I... accidentally just got a pre-paid receipt only instead of a final receipt. Called back to see if there was any chance they couldemail or text me a photo of the final receipt because I was no longer in the area. I figured there was no way that could happen.The guy working said call back and ask for Justin tomorrow -- he can probably help. I called back the following day and Justinsaid: "Sure, no problem!". He texted me a copy of my final receipt and saved me about $20 in reimbursement. Now that's just goodservice! Read more
This place is a train wreck. Came to our small town and we had high hopes? yep 2 years later 5 different GM, won?t take the time... to train their new hires before throwing them to the wolves, hostile work environment and corporate keeps playing the same tune.With companies being run like this it?s no wonder the can?t retain any employees. Why even bother going in there they don?t wantto stock other brands of merchandise but their in house stuff is never made. Tonight we met Jack! What a pleasant young man! There was a line, and he just seemed to appear out of nowhere, and quickly... worked the line down, with a smile! When it was our turn, we picked a few scratchers out, and went to ring out, when I noticed,I actually had tickets, that were not what was showing on the dispenser! He told me no problem, and quickly went to retrieve thetickets from the back that I had wanted! Two stars only due to decent gas prices. Would be zero stars as the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. If my bladder wasn't... about to explode I would have went somewhere else. They looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a month. Dirty paper towels allover the floor, toilet and urinals had crud all over them, and the sink looked like a petri dish. Read more
They are "out of stock" of things that should not be. The coolers are never fully stocked. The items you want can be seen in the... back of the cooler through the empty slots. There was an entire week that a product I buy regularly was in stock but not in thecooler. Maybe if they took less phone time and smoke breaks they could do their jobs. Not sure if Norton Casey's even has amanager. If they do, they should be fired. Just went again after weeks away. Still haven't stocked coolers and are charging theprice of four chicken tenders but only giving three. Is anyone going to fix/run this store? You are losing customers. Why isthis not a priority? When traveling from Lincoln NE to Colorado, we went through Norton, and stopped for gas/bathroom. This was a really nice Casey's... General Store! It doesn't look like Google & Google photos have been updated since 2018, so it must be a recent build. Thebathrooms were clean, I was impressed by their coffee machines and it was very busy on a Saturday morning! The staff seemedoverwhelmed and not very friendly, but they got us taken care of and out the door, so it is what it is! Thanks. Read more
