I NEVER do this. I hate to be a ?Karen,? but I go to this dunkin almost every morning on my way to work simply because it?s on... my way. I have learned that I have to order ahead 20 minutes ahead for my one ice coffee to be ready on time. Sometimes it stillisn?t. The employees are rude & miserable & barely acknowledge you. This morning, my coffee was ready (shocking) but nohashbrowns. I stood there for about 10 minutes, ignored until I gave up. This location is okay depending on time of day. Coffee is okay Depending on time of day. Don't expect great coffee or service... because this isn't that location. This is the give me your money and this is what you're getting location.... and the linecould get pretty long because it's right next to the highway. ???? Read more
Went this morning to this Dunkin through the drive through and the girls there were all great the girls at drive thru were... pleasant friendly and had exceptional service I will always go to this Dunkin. I have worked at several Dunkins in my life so I am usually in defense of customer service jobs but this Dunkin is the worst I... have seen. The drive thru is extremely slow, like 15-20 minutes to move through 4 cars slow. The service is bad as they usuallyhave no clue what my order is when I get to the window. And almost every time they get my order incorrect. Earlier this week Iordered a bagel and ended up with two coffee rolls. This morning ordered a muffin because I figured you can?t screw that up. Ireceived a muffin with the inside of it completely under-baked. The inside was completely gooey and there is no way that theemployee didn?t notice that when they picked it up. I recently stopped in at Dunkin after a long day of work. I met a worker named Alex who was incredibly friendly, and may I add... made an amazing coffee. I would say the best iced coffee I?ve ever had. I hope he finds himself on top of the Duncan world oneday. Read more
