Such a great place to take the kids for ice cream.

Waited in line for 20 minutes and ordered four shakes and then waited about another 10 for only three shakes to come out and I... had told the girl working there was one more and she said it was coming. I waited probably 10 minutes while three familiesbehind me all had their ice cream now and i told her I was still waiting and the same girl who said it was coming told me Inever ordered a fourth one and I needed to take my problem up with someone else this girls name was Addison when I told her sheneeded to get rid of the attitude she thought it was so funny and continued to talk to the other girls and make fun of methankfully the one worker Mariah took care of the problem. Good ice cream, love that they have a drive thru window!

Ridiculously slow service. Stood in line behind a group of three... waited 15 minutes for their order of two ice cream cones and... one sundae. Finally ordered my single scoop; then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for my order. Waiting 25 min for onescoop of ice cream when this place wasn't even busy is horrible. I saw at least 3 people working, I know they have drive thru,but geez, it's just ice cream. Read more

Very confused as to what is going on at this place. I've been going here for 30+ years and the quality keeps declining. Not in... the food, but the employees. Had a half inch bottom of unmixed malt powder in both chocolate malts we ordered! No cone with acone in a cup (the last two times), and fries with malt vinegar served in containers that leak liquid instead of the hot dogstyle ones that don't leak all over you. We waited at the ordering speaker so long we thought something was seriously wrong andthen more time at the window! Total of 40 minutes to get 2 shakes, a small ice cream and two fries.
