I have had multiple bad experiences here with cold food and messed up orders. I have given this place multiple attempts and the... benefit of the doubt due to short staffing and covid. However, this is the only fast food restaurant in norton that fails atevery attempt. I hope they can get new management as I like wendys, but I will probably never be returning to this one. Read more
Terrible. Ordered through online app and was only given half of my food, my fault for not checking I suppose. The food I did get... was mediocre at best. This place is ran by high school kids, gossiping and vaping in the back. Did not see anybody with gloveson. Not speaking on all Wendy?s, just this one. I used to work in food service, so I take poor customer service lightly anddon?t usually complain, but this place is awful. The manager was a little girl who was no hope. Went through drive through. Sandwich order was totally wrong. Took it back inside, took 8 minutes to receive correct burger... sandwich. Went back out to truck, fries not longer warm, sandwich cold too. Got out of the truck, walked to garbage and threw itall away. Also person working counter, sors and bandages and wiping sweat off forehead, not even washing hands. Pretty poorexperience here. Read more
Today I had a taste for a chili cheese baked potatoe. Line was not very long and also did not wait long for the food. After... arriving home I took everything out and discovered the potatoe that is pictured. Very sad case and the potatoe did not seemcooked all the way. I had also purchased the hot honey chicken sandwich. The sandwich was luke warm and the chicken was veryhard. Sadly this Wendy's only rarely serves decent food. Read more
Went 3 days ago to get dinner. Got a 50 piece nuggets and large fries for the wife and I. Food was cold and gross (threw like 40... nuggets into the trash) so I called and complained, the manager lizzy said I could have free food to replace it. I went thereand got 2 chicken sandwiches and a frie for a "FREE" lunch thinking it would be made fresh since it was a free meal because theymessed up last time. Well I was wrong. Food was cold and disgusting. I even asked if the chicken sandwiches came with picklesbecause I love them and was told yes. Got home to no pickles. Took one bit spit it out and trashed it. This Wendy's always disappoints, as for the service it seems like we may have been an inconvenience for most of the staff as we... came through the drive thru. They filled one of our drinks about 3/4 of the way up and when I asked for it to be filled I wasmet with even more attitude. The food was decent this time, fries weren't fresh and hardly had any in the container so that wasa major let down... anyways I usually avoid this location and was reminded again why!! Read more
Service: 4/5: I did have to wait a bit longer than I was expecting since I was the only person in the drive thru AND I had a... mobile order, but understand that openers in the morning can sometimes be rushing around to get things ready. Workers were kindand I could tell they were hustling. Presentation: 5/5: The food looked great, the Breakfast Baconator that I ordered actuallylooked like how it is normally advertised (standing tall instead of smushed together). Value: 5/5: The amount of food I got formoney spent was a great deal. Normally my meal would have been around $8, but because Wendy's offers daily coupons that canreally save you some money, I was able to get it for $4 instead. I feel $8 would have been overpriced for what I got (especiallyconsidering the health value of the meal), but for $4 it is definitely worth it if you need something in a pinch and are willingto order online (which is how you get most of the good deals). Dont waste your time if you want to dine in at this location. If you want to dine in it's a lost cause. The sign on the door... says open until 10pm but the doors here are locked at 6:45pm on a Wednesday and that's the time I showed up, who knows how longthey shut it down before I got here. Change your sign on the door if your to afraid to use your dining area. Perhaps you didn'tget the memo , Even old Biden declared the pandemic is over. I gave up and went across the street at McDonald's and dinedinside in comfort with my family like normal people. Meanwhile your parking lot had people using the drive through only andparked and eating their food off the dash of their car for a table. Idiotic!!!. Read more
