Your Google hours say you are open until 10PM and that it was updated by the business 3 weeks ago. Drove by at 7PM and it was... closed. Called in since I could see there were staff inside and no one answered the phone, didnt even offer an option to leave avoicemail. Therefore, I am leaving you the message that your hours are wrong on here. In addition this is the 3rd time in 2months that I have tried to go here and been disappointed because the Google hours are wrong and it says it's open when you'reactually closed. Read more
We went here after a walk in the woods. I was really surprised it was open on Easter. But boy am I thankful they were. We got... two Who You Calling Shortcake a dip of regular strawberry and PEEP ICE CREAM!!!!! WH WH WH WHAT?????? The strawberry was reallygood, and the shortcake sundaes we're beautiful and delicious but that Peep's sundae????? Cold Stone....YOU NEED TO HAVE THISALWAYS!!!!!!!!!! I hadn't been to Coldstone in a LONG time. I decided to try out a custom ice cream cake for a birthday and absolutely loved it!... It was fun to customize every single thing that went into the cake. After I put in my order, the store even called to help withsome ideas they had for the decorations based on what I had requested. It looked super cute and tasted great. Read more
Employees were poorly trained. Three different employees told me they didn't know if the ice cream flavor I wanted was gluten... free. None of them knew were an allergen list was located. Read more
I don't know what happened with the receipt but the person that did it during my coldstone experience rang up different random... items, still 4 ice cream but, the ice creams were nothing like what we got. The "first mix in free" didn't apply as I gotstrawberries mixed in with my ice cream but we ended up having it on the receipt as 69 cents and as marshmallow. We didn't wantto complain because of their slow service. Don't go here. Read more
I went to Cold Stone in September 2017. I was very disappointed with my experience. The Cold Stone area (separate from Tim... Horton) was dirty with boxes, containers, spilled ice cream, and toppings. The area simply looked like it hadn't been used in awhile. The employees seemed to have an attitude when we wanted to taste some of the ice cream flavors.The staff also did notknow how to input a gift card in the register so we waited for over 20 minutes (the store was nearly empty). I emailed the ownerof the store and shared my experience (as stated on the door of the store) and never got a response. Never again! Read more
