Went in about 4p to beat the rush. My server was very attentive and loud. Which i could deal with I guess. Ordered appetizers... and received them and ordered food and waited and waited and waited. I had a hair in my royal red robin not that bad until they brought back my ?new? burger with a finger print in the egg. The... burger was luke-warm and obviously the same burger with a finger print in my egg i will never purchase food at this franchiseagain. This is mine and my husband's favorite date spot to go to we love coming here! We go during happy hour! And the fish and chips... are out of this world of course the burgers and endless fries especially the sweet potato fries are to die for! Thank you somuch for being such a great place to have a date! My guest & I had the best of time and it was all because of Chelsea!! Chelsea went above & beyond the call of duty taking care... of all of us. She anticipated our every need before we could even ask, she very attentive without being intrusive, kind & smiledthe whole way through ensuring we not only had w we needed but, the we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves as we did! Incredible experience. The hostess was polite & greeted us right away. Our waitress Lacey was stellar!!! She made our family... night out a positive experience. She was funny, caring & over all just made it an awesome experience for us. The food wasdelicious, & delivered out to us quickly. The place staid busy but wasn?t overly loud or unpleasant. To start, I do not live here. I was visiting a brother and we went because we like Red Robin and it was our birthday dinner (yay... for free birthday burgers!). The restaurant was clean, the wait time was very short, and our server arrived quickly. Thereseemed to be less TVs in this location than most others I've been to. Not a big problem, just worth mentioning. Our server wasvery good. She was prompt with our refills (freckled lemonades on sale for happy hour) and with getting more fries and mandarinoranges. The burgers were tasty and the fries were delicious. I took off a star this time because we ordered our burgers with atoasted brioche bun but got the standard sesame. I am autistic and have anxiety so I didn't bring it up at the store. Iattached a photo of my niece who enjoyed it so much. She had Mac and cheese, 3 servings of oranges, and lots of milk.
