Just curious why this locations drive thru always seems to be closed off between the hours of 1am-3am. It says 24hrs but on... different days its been closed off with three orange cones. Seems pointless to claim its 24hrs when its obviously not. Read more

I love the Monster Tacos. They are so delicious and bigger than the regular size tacos. I hope they will always stay there.

Not open all the time as advertised. Service takes too long during the night shift. On the jack in the box web site it still... says open 24 hours. The owner of the establishment needs to update the time to reflect to real business hours. Update - STILLNOT OPEN 24 HOURS!!!!!! Read more

Placed a mobile order for pickup. Drive thru was closed for pickup due to cones placed and lobby was also closed. I was unable... to call the store during business hours to check with staff and cancel order. Do NOT order for pickup before calling this storeto ensure business hours are upheld. I need my order refunded by this scam of a business! Edit 10 months later 10/14/22 Thoughtthe issue was resolved but same issue is here with mobile orders being accepted and cones placed in front of drive thruentrance. Lobby and entire restaurant appear to be abandoned and my money has been taken. Restaurant phone is not answered, appearing as an empty business. Disgusting business practice taking customers money and not offering service. Read more

We ordered food from Uber eats at this Jack in the box. All of the food was wrong and when I called the employee could barely... speak English. When I asked to talk to a manager she said the manager wasn?t there. They want us to come to the Jack in the boxto fix the order after we already paid for delivery and we?re missing items we paid for. Do yourself a favor and go to somewherethey take pride in their work. The are making $16-$18 per hour and take no responsibility for their mistakes.They ended uptelling me to come in and hung up on me. Read more

I went today around 11.07 pm to the drive thru and when I'm on the speaker drive thru, the person taking my order spoke with... someone else. I said "hello hello" and they never respond to me. when I get to the window, I explained what happen and he saidvery rudely and with bad attitude "you have to go I can not take you order" and we were waiting in the line drive thru for 25minutes. very but costumer service.
