The juices we ordered were delicious and the girls working the counter were very friendly fast and helpful but their orange... juice machine was broken the were out of peaches ???? and a couple other items from our original drink orders. they made helpfulsuggestions of substitutions but it's very disappointing that you can't just order from the menu and get what you want Read more
They never answer the phone. I have sat in my car right in front of the place and called, they were literally standing talking... to eachother and just ignored the call. And their juices are so plain. I go to cerritos now. Read more
Its a shame, this location is always closed. Its the nearest one to me. I've tried many times to grab a drink or bowl during the... week before work. I visited today Sunday 9:30am. Sign on the door sais its open starting at 8:00am, but it was closed. I believein supporting businesses in my community, so this is disappointing. Read more
Your white Gummy tastes nasty, the excuse of your orange juice machine not working sounds like the same excuse all the other... jamba juices give in order to skip the whole cleaning process. I am extremely disappointed of the employees attitude and thedirection of where this Jamba Juice is going. Read more
Whenever I come here or just order here. I try to order in advance due to the line can get long. And the wait can be just as... bad. I've also had it deliveries from here. Very quick to respond. Service is good. When you have enough employees in the backmaking your drinks. They use only have one person to fill some many orders. But I believe that they've learned their lesson. Andwhen I was there there was 3 people. Very committed. And just working. I'm glad that the managers are paying attention tothat. I remember coming in one time, and the it was getting crowded. And the that only one worker that was there about to crybecause a number of people just kept coming. And it was just hard for that person to do so many things each time. Read more
This place is usually good as long as u don't order online. I've ordered online for pick up twice, the first time the didn't... have the ingredients for the acai bowl and i wasn't informed until I got there to pick up my order, the second time I showed upat my order pick up time my smoothie was ready but I was told my oatmeal would be ready in 10mins. I couldn't wait bc I would'vebeen late for work. I was told I could come back later but i took a refund instead super disappointed in the online service. Read more
Gave this place a second chance though I was going to be disappointed again from the last visit I had ,but the nice Mexican girl... was really helpful and kind and made it fast Great customer service she recommended this pumpkin drink that I never herd of andnow it?s my new favorite drink.
