Last Sunday, my granddaughter and I went to McDonald's in the morning, to order (2) deluxe breakfast combo, (2) egg and sausage... mc muffins, and (3) regular orange juice. Well, to my surprise, the cashier informs me that the drinks and the hashbrowns donot come with the Deluxe Breakfast. So, I spoke to the manager and he confirms it and that the decision was made by corporate.Although, I was pretty disturbed by the situation. I just went on and paid for the order of nearly $35.00 which was absolutelyridiculous. Normally, I would pay less than that when it comes to ordering a breakfast combo. Please keep this in mind, if youare planning to order a deluxe breakfast. It will no longer be a combo, Also, the hashbrowns are sold separately for $ 4.00 andchange. Have a blessed week! Read more

My experience sucked. I visited on 9/28 at 5:30 p.m. There was a long line in the dining room. There was only one person working... the front counter. It seemed like there were a lot of staff, but maybe they were under staffed. The person working the counteractually left afor what seemed like 5 minutes, the guy ahead of me left. The new person they finally sent eventually took myorder incorrectly after waiting in line for a while. Our food was cold, the fries and cheeseburgers, but we were hungry and Ididn't want to deal with that line and service again. Read more

This McDonalds usually has cold fries, stale food, over cooked, or is too salty. I have been a few times hoping it was just that... day and it would get better but I was still disappointed no matter the time of day I went early, middle of the day, or reallylate. It?s unfortunate.
