5 stars in consideration it is still mcdonalds... but they always get my order right and fresh. That's all I care about. AVOID... the mcds on Firestone and pangborn in downey. Came to this morning to this McDonald's because the one by my house is closed down ( November 10th 9:00 a.m). Fastest service... getting breakfast I have ever had at a McDonald's. Friendly people quick service at a McDonald's drive-thru can't go wrong. Read more
My experience with this McDonald's has always been positive. My issue with this location is the location! It's very hard to get... in and out of and sometimes there's transients around and there's just this vibe of poverty around. It's off-putting that thiswhole shopping center is vacant except for this McDonald's. So when I'm thinking about my safety, this probably isn't my firstchoice. If you order thru the Drive-Thru on a Sunday night. Make shore you check inside your order specially when you order happy meal... boxes. This is what I have experience tonite on my drive thru order, One order was fine but the second order only had littleportion of French fries with a lot of napkins underneath & No chicken nuggets. I Had to drive all the way back to let them knowthe chicken nuggets were missing. To top it off, the lady the open the doors since, they lock the dining room doors early onSundays, looked at me annoyed that I was knocking on their window to let them know that my order was incomplete. Not fast food like it used to be when I was a kid. The wait was longer. Looked like they were making the meals after orders are... placed. 2 Happy Meals and 2 combo meals took a good long wait. Maybe it could have been just a busy lunch time rush on aSaturday afternoon too. Read more
This McDonald's is one of the best ones that I've been to. The food is usually pretty fresh and they rarely ever miss an item or... serve you a wrong one. They're not stingy with condiments and don't feel your drink all the way to the top with ice so youbarely get two sips of what you ordered. And when they do make a mistake they're generally very good at accommodating somethingspecial to make it up to you. Their service is very quick and it comes with a smile.
