Everytime I come to this mcdonalds I absolutely regret it. Slowest service even when it's empty! Always get order wrong and... never put condiments even AFTER ASKING for them. Something must be off with their soda machine too cause their diet soda alwaystastes weird. I usually visit a farther location that is light-years better in every aspect, but I like to give places anothertry after some time has passed, that's my fault. This mcdonalds needs to get there priority straightened out they either don't charge correctly or mess up the orders all the... time. I get it alot of kids are working for this one but this is why you need good leadership to show these kids teamwork. Read more
As a former employee form this place I can say management is terrible on how they illegally change the amount of hours you... clocked in so they can pay you less. Night Shift makes you take your lunch 30 minutes into you shift so you don?t have to be onbreak the rest of the night. It?s just so bad that they think they can manipulate kids into doing this. As a customer.Management tries the hardest to please you. As long as your not someone who is screaming they will help you. And make sure toget your order right. Read more
Their coffee is watered down. Been buying coffee here for over 20+ years, 5+ days a week. I am planning on going to Starbucks.... More pricey but better coffee. Read more
If I would give this mcdonalds a 0 star I would. It never fails ! Every night I would come the machine is always down or "I just... reset my machine" so they would take cash only & NO mobile orders. This McDonald's is a BIG disappointment! They need to train their employees correctly! I used my app and the cashier had no idea... how to enter it correctly!
