This chain has the best management bar none. If I ever have a issue the Mgr. Always go over and beyond to make it right. Good... food great drinks Always a pleasure to dine here. Super bad experience! To the first gentleman who got our order was the most professional. I do not remember his name but he was... awesome. Unfortunately our server was on break or lunch. No problem. But we were just left there. I asked for my stake mediumrare but it was well done. I didn?t want to be a Karen so I said nothing. But couldn?t say anything to anyone since we had noserver anyway. Someone did come and check on us but other people were getting their refills, asked if they were ok, if theyneeded anything else, just 100% serviced while we were just there isolated. I?ve never had such bad service and felt excludedfrom a restaurant. Being a first timer to Outback Steakhouse because I was referred, and since I was told they had the bestgrilled steaks and an awesome place I couldn?t wait to eat there, but it was truly a disappointment. Mid food I started feelingweird and straight to the bathroom I went. I didn?t feel good so I asked the host for the check, which I was told they?ll letsomeone know. 15 mins go by nothing. At this point I went to let someone know again but once again I was told to wait, that theywill call for someone to get me my check. Finally someone (perhaps the manager) came a bit later and gave me the check then ourserver finally came to give me the receipt and apologized that she did not know we were even there. I was so upset I didn?t evenfinish my steak. As someone who never leaves leftovers says something was really wrong. Will not be looking toward to return orrefer. Read more
Michelle our waitress, was busy but so polite and her personality was very nice. The prime rib sandwich was amazing, my friends... prim rib was very good. Carrot cake big enough for 2. Clean and great service. Thank you for a great meal experience. Read more
We've been to many Outback Steakhouses in our time but this Outback Steakhouse did not disappoint. Top-notch service and smiles... all around. The food was fantastic consistent quality is always. This is our new go to Outback Steakhouse when were in the area.I highly recommend! UPDATE: we went back! Service and food still excellent! Read more
Due to covet we haven't been to an Outback in a long time period the one that we used to go to in city of industry closed down... So going out of our way to go to an outback was a bit tasky period however after running 21 miles for marathon practice and itbeing the coache's birthday, the coach wanted a good steak. It seemed like a good time to go out of our way and we weren't letdown. Read more
Everytime I review a place is usually because it's my first time being there and this is no exception. As you all know we are... still in COVID days and explains why the restaurant was not full but even then we didn't have to wait to be seated. The menu isnice, nothing impressive but they do get you started with some warm bread ???? with butter???? which is pretty good..Tip: eatit while it's warm. Food was good overall all, my fries ???? were on the salty ???? side so I didn't really eat them. thecesear salad ???? was better tasting then the fries for sure. Good place to eat good food, a nice atmosphere. You can hang out on the bar or get a table. I either get the rib eye or the... prime rib. Make sure you ask for outback style on the rib eye. Clam chowder soup is awesome, and the bread they serve is alwaysthe first thing to run out on the table. Read more
