My one star has nothing to do with the service but rather the fact that they have no plain soya milk, only vanilla (which... contains sugar.) Just one more reason for me to never visit a Starbucks ever again. I will say that the staff was very friendlyand helpful. Read more

Bad service, bad attitude. Ordered 2 drinks and they only gave me one and had to ask for the other. Some other order came out... and the guy who took my order said rudely that was my order but I had ordered iced drinks only. When they gave me my drink itdidn't taste like oatmilk and they didn't put caramel like I had asked for. Had a lot of employees but they were just standingaround talking. Read more

Came here to grab a quick bite for breakfast. Out of some of the breakfast sandwiches which was understandable at 5AM, but they... completely left the sandwich I ordered out of my bag. I just wanted some breakfast. You work in the service industry, pleasejust provide better service. Read more
Most inconsistent starbucks I've ever been to. They served my girl who can't have dairy, real milk instead of the oatmilk that... is already made inclusive in the ingredients of the drink(brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso) one time and to rectify theirmistakes "they sent the person home". This admits to their faults but really offers no comfort for doing so. Their ability andtheir perception over sweetness in their pumps varies across the board, contingent on the employee's ability to get it right orto bother to at all. Oh and the girl with the bucket hat sometimes can be a. . . passive aggressive person sometimes. I swearthis particular location will hone your skills in being comfortable enough in asking for your order to be made right again or atthe very least close to what you were hoping for. Can't go to another location because of the disparity of ingredients to makethe drinks we want so I guess we'll just have to continue our coffee endeavors here at this establishment with our hopes highand fingers crossed. My favorite location. My drinks are always made accurately and to recipe standards even when I don't modify. The only thing I've... noticed is the partners aren't as welcoming as before but I completely understand this could be due to stress from beingunderstaffed.
