I normally don't drink coffee and don't like Starbucks but they are very helpful and my wife loved it.
It's my favorite place to stop by. It's fresh and clean in there. Staff is friendly and they always have what I want.
I came here for a venti matcha late and an overnight oats. 20 bucks which isn't cheap considering how much oats was in there.... Anyways gave a nice hard and clean 20 dollar bill and was given this filthy soft 10 dollar bills. When asking for another bill Iwas told the register was closed, I shouldve asked for a manager who probably wouldve kindly opened it to satisfy my request butI left, vowing not to return. How do you see all this bills and think this is the one I'll give. Yuck. I'd be grossed out if Iwas even tipped with this thing. Another Starbucks with inaccurate hours. It says they open at 5 am, but that is just for the drive through. The lobby doesn't... open till 530 am. Big company like Starbucks should be able to keep their listing properly updated. This is a small stand alonelocation. Good layout for the drive through and large though quirky parkin lot. Read more
I spend a good amount to this company to not get what I ask for, decided to give a try again, ordered caramel frappuccino... w/extra caramel, no whip, and add shot, again was very light in color,taste,and caramel, like really then when I say extra extracaramel I get a cup half full of just caramel, don't understand,how they don't understand, the drink i received no extracaramel, so watery, and did not taste like they added an add shot,and why is it so light, WOW happens to often that's why I stopgoing for a few months. Such slow service at this location and the workers barely looked at us when we came in. We stood alone in line for like 10... minutes. Another 30 minutes for our drinks. Maybe the staff is all knew or just doesn't care about their customers but this is afirst for a Starbucks all their workers usually work fast and are friendly. Also, heard other customers complaining about thewait time to receive their drinks. Read more
We ordered a white chocolate mocha latte and yes it comes with foam but we got a tall and when we removed the lid the cup was... literally HALF EMPTY!!!! So disappointed and it?s not the first time I?ve had a bad experience here :/ Read more
