This place was great when it first opened up but now, It's horrible the really skipped out on chicken and it was noticeable... because I wasn't the only one to notice. It honestly reflects off the staff. The staff was not vocal, very sad, and no fountaindrinks... Just so Dissapointing. Either get a better staff or better management. Read more
This location is horrible! The staff here must hate their jobs cause it shows on their faces and in their customer service... strike 1. I went in Friday night at 9 and couldn't get a shake or bread sticks because they said they were closing. Check thedoor and hours say until 10pm so that's strike 2!. Then I go over to get my soda and all their sodas taste disgusting! I haveworked food service for over 16 years so I know that disgusting taste is from them not cleaning their hoses or nozzle tips.Absolutely disgusting!! Strike 3! Very slow. I was the only one in there and chicken strips took 20 minutes. Paid $9 for 5 chicken strips, which is about 1.5... chicken breasts. Not much to eat for the price. The chicken was juicy, but the breading is flavorless. They expect the sauceto flavor the chicken. KFC is king because they have seasoned breading.... canes chicken strips do too. "If I could leave a Zero star I would" kinda review! My young son really wanted wings so we decided to come here because our... favorite wing spot was too far. We were hesitant because we had a bad experience in the past. Before we ordered I asked the girlat the register if my son could use the restroom because he needed to go really bad and she said no... I asked her how long ourorder was going to be approximately and she said minutes. My son said he could wait so we ordered his bbq wings. 15 minuteslater we asked how much longer they said "a couple of minutes". Then a guy walks in and asked to use the restroom and theyopened the restroom door for him. When I asked why my son couldn't use the restroom they said it was only available for deliverydrivers. Ok. Another 10 minutes go by and my son is dancing. At this point I'm getting irritated and feel bad so my son. If Iwould have known they were not going to take 15 minutes I would have drove my son home. 35 minutes later my order is ready. Wehurry home only to find out they didn't give us the bbq wings my son wanted they were hot spicy wings. He's literally in tears.Yes he's crying over wings!!! All he wanted was wings today. DO NOT EAT HERE. All 3 employees (2 male & 1 female) were not wearing facemaks properly. Kept removing the masks on and off (the... one cooking) and the front cashier had it below his nose the entire time as well as had headphones in listening to music. Veryslow/rude service as well. Very disappointed. I also Ordered online ended up arriving 10 mins before promised time. (No othercustomers inside during the whole duration) 10 minutes later I went in and I expected my food to be done on time consideringthey weren?t busy but I got my food 15 minutes later from the promised time. Food was good love the fries but should come with ranch not 1.20 for a little one. The only reason I gave it 3 stars because the... customer service was rude the guy was nice even let me add a shake last minute. But when I asked for ranch the girl kind ofrolled her eyes said we charge for that that was fine. She looked like she was going to hand it to me but pulled back said 1.20I gave her the money but she made me wait so she can take someone else's order. Good food, but yes, the wait is usually much too long. I'd recommend only if you're not in a hurry or don't really have plans,... you'll stop in for a quick meal and end up waiting much longer than expected. However this is one of the tastiest and bestpriced Buffalo chicken spots around, if you're looking for an informal buffalo chicken spot this is it.
