Great Customer service, despite a last minute dinner rush, the staff were cheerful to see everyone walking in and treated... everyone very personally and polite. I watched a new employee be trained by an upbeat manager who you could tell enjoyedmentoring staff. I forgot his name but won't forget how great he was with his staff and customers at the same time. No doubt this place is always full, the food is ???? Amazing. Plus you will get great service, the young people working here are... energetic and always willing to make your experience???? better every time you go. I have been going here since it was open. Theambiance is nice and seating area is always clean. My kid can play in kids area which is very helpful till the food comes sothey can be kept busy. Read more

Good food, but very hectic! Needs more staff and a better process to manage the flow of orders. The parking lot is weirdly coned... to try to accommodate the influx of people using the drive-thru. It was hard to get extra sauces or a refill inside because ofthe crush of people. Read more

I can't say anything bad about the food here, because I love their food. But at this location, when it is packed there is... absolutely no room for parking let alone standing. As an independent contractor; a courier, I found it very difficult to get agood understanding on how to approach an employee and ask them where to pick up an order or to even check in and introduceyourself as a courier. Professionally, they could do better. After almost losing it they finally had someone come out and shoutthe orders by name. I felt so embarrassed and offended for being spoken to without being introduced. Read more

Great customer service. All the workers are friendly and willing to do their best to make sure you are happy with your order.... The food is always made fresh and never below expectancy. Tried the Southwest Salad and it is so flavorful, definitely willgetting it again. The condiments are not needed but it takes your meal to another level. As one of the workers reminded me - allthe sauces are free and all you want! Read more

Normally, this chic-fil-a does alright. The last couple times I?ve been there, however, they?ve really struggled. They forgot a... whole meal of our order the first time. This past time, they charged me for my order and then told me they didn?t have any ofwhat I ordered left. They then spent 10-15 minutes trying to figure out how to refund my card, subsequently holding up the wholeline. Read more
