I have to say I was extremely impressed with Mark and Rosia. They are the first employees of an establishment that actually... showed a customer that they cared. Mark realized that the wait for my order took longer than it should have and he thanked mefor being patient and offered me a donut. If the world has no employees like that, it would be a better place. Next time youstop at Dunkin Donuts in East Avenue, ask for Mark. Thank you both. I definitely will be coming back. Read more

The morning staff at this location is wonderful. The afternoon staff run by kids suck.

I have been a 20 year customer of Dunkin. It took 25 minutes for drive thru for a coffee and munchkins. Coffee was made... incorrectly and munchkins we're stale and no flavor. I have seen a decline in Service and Quality over the past few years. Read more

I wouldn?t have minded the slow services they got my order right. But after driving away, I realize that $10 worth of iced... Drinks or Almost pure White from all the milk. Hey Siri they were disgusting to drink, but once I got on the turnpike it wasn?tworth going back. I complained to Dunkin? Donuts corporate, who had who I believe was the owner reach out to me. He offered tosend me a gift card, to make up for the money I wasted. They never sent the gift cards and stopped returning my messages. I sentDunkin? Donuts corporate two emails letting them know that I was promised satisfaction, but then they went ghost on me. I sentDunkin? Donuts corporate two emails, and they failed to respond back The franchises don?t care, because Dunkin? Donuts corporatedoes not care. Dunkin on Boston Ave BRIDGEPORT is awesome. Staff is really nice and the decaf is always FRESH! Service is a tad slow during... certain hours. But that's a good sign for business. Maybe more staff for these time might help. Read more

Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes while there were only TWO cars ahead of me! Slowest dunkin I?ve ever... experienced. They need more workers or better ones, either way something needs to change. The man in front of me ordered twobagels with cream cheese and had to wait 10 minutes. What could possibly take that long for two bagels? Read more

Management should be hiring more people and paying them fairly. Employee's were scrambling yesterday (a busy sunday holiday... weekend) and working very hard with limited staff. I have heard the management is not good. I was frustrated but realize it isNOT the employee's lack of work ethic but the limited amount of employees to serve the customers. Read more

Went through the drive thru and was trapped for 25 minutes for a donut and sandwich. This poor lone worker was doing his best... but it just wasn?t cutting. Saturday at 1pm and the wait was so long that the truck at the window actually left without gettingtheir order. On top of waiting 25+ minutes, my donut was stale! Read more
