I highly recommend Forever Sweet for their delicious cakes and impeccable customer service. I ordered both a more basic vanilla... cake and a more detailed large monster cake for my daughter's birthday weekend. Allison and Sky were extremely helpful whenhelping me decide what to order. I appreciated their honesty - they weren't pushing me to get the most expensive item, butdirected me to what would be best for 4 year olds. Both cakes were incredibly fresh and were exactly what you'd want in abirthday cake. My cake was delivered early and they even gave cupcakes to the party place. I had tried a few other localbakeries and Forever Sweet is hands down the best. I am so thrilled to go back there for years to come! Highly recommend! Read more
The absolute best! The actual shop could use a little organization, but who cares when their cakes taste like heaven in my... mouth?! I literally use any excuse to buy a cake from here: teacher appreciation week: FSB CAKE, neighbors birthday: FSB CAKE,season change: FSB CAKE, kids Halloween party at school: FSB cupcakes!!! You name it, I?m getting a Forever Sweet Bakery cakefor it. All the folks who?ve had their cake from me always ask me where it?s from. Very nice forever sweets so if you want to buy a cupcake special cakes of cookies of cake pops and more just come here and enjoy... it's very big choice guys this is crazy you can buy some gifts over here and very delicious sweets so if you have sweetheart ofjust your friends of your kids or family come here and buy delicious ???? First time at this bakery and tried a cupcake. It was pretty good. However the customer service was lacking, young lady at... counter wasn't the most pleasant to interact and ask questions about different flavors and prices( not posted on the menu boardfor whatever reason). I'll return next time I'm in the Norwalk area to try the other cupcakes Read more

Cupcakes themselves are amazing. The staff not so much. Was greeted with a grunt and an annoyed look. The store is closed off so... you can?t walk up to the counter to actually see the cupcakes I felt like I wasn?t supposed to be there. The front of the storelooked closed at first. Wasn?t welcoming.
