Found roaches inside the chips for the soup. Threw all the food away. This is disgusting this place needs to shut down!
Ordered on Uber Eats late on a weeknight since not many other chinese restaurants are open past 9. Never been here before, and... will not be returning. While it wasn?t absolutely terrible, Chu Fai Garden has way better cheap chinese food. I got the beef andbroccoli combo, the beef was chewy and did not taste like beef at all. It was a pinkish gray color and smothered in a thickbrown sauce. Tasted like fat from some other sort of animal. The broccoli was fine, and the fried rice was mediocre. It had aweird burnt, smoky taste. Crab rangoons were average, egg rolls were average, general tso?s chicken was average. The frenchfries are good but need salt. It was doable in the time crunch I was in, but by no means would this ever be a spot I wouldregularly go to. Everything was just meh, except for the beef which my boyfriend and I both spit out. Ordered here through Uber Eats & found a ?black short hair? in my rice. Called the place back & the lady on the phone told me... she cannot do anything about it. She told me to call Uber. Absolutely horrible Chinese takeout. Some of the worst I have ever had anywhere. Very low quality ingredients. The chicken has... an unusual texture like it might contain fillers or a coating. Sauces were bland and gelatinous. We threw away half the food weordered and won?t return again. Just not worth it. Read more
