We come from S Cal where the Vietnamese food is extremely good. With that as a background, I found the noodle to be just ok.... Service is good and the place is comfortable to eat in. Read more

Absolutely stellar food! We ordered the summer rolls, split the veggie pho, and each got a bahn mi. Super fresh ingredients,... amazing flavor- the baguette for the bahn mi was perfect. Friendly service, reasonable prices and the best selection of handsoaps in the restroom. Very excited to see quality vietnamese food in CT! Read more

The pho was very good. The summer roll was fresh and milk tea was on point.

Hands down the best Vietnamese food around. I've been coming to Hoi An Pho for about 5 years now and have really gotten to know... some of the staff over the last few years. As a family owned and operated business, they have a very homey vibe that you justcan't beat. They are extremely welcoming and the food is amazing. My only regret is that I'll be moving and won't get to eatthere as often (but I'll still make it a point to visit whenever I'm in town). Highly recommend Hoi An Pho - try the rare beefpho and the BBQ pork bánh mì! Read more

We were passing by the area, looked up this restaurant from Google Maps... We got some summer rolls, an order of banh mi, a... bowl of special pho, and a rice plate with roast pork. Hoi An is an old trading post in Vietnam, a place where a yellow ricenoodle dish came from, a dish that put central cooking style of Vietnam on the map. But this place has none of that. Insteadit has a very limited menu. Some banh mi, some pho, and some rice plates. Except for pho, everything came out on paper plates. This ratings, 4 stars, is a ratings for a quick takeaway place, not a ratings for a restaurant. For a quick takeaway, itpulled off nicely. Pho had a very tasty broth, but it lacked some meats. Banh mi was simply some roast pork and carrotpickles, but it tasted ok. The rice plate with roast pork was acceptable, delivered with an omelette on top of the rice. Thesummer rolls were the best, rolled as you placed the order, fresh veggies with nice size of shrimps. Service was adequate. Wewould not want to go back just for the food, but would stop back if we happen to be in the area. Read more
