Came here last night and the food was good, not too noisy. Perfect settings for a Wednesday night. The bees knees pizza is... insanely good as is the honey garlic salmon! Read more

In short, lost one star for the below average food. Lost another for the extreme delay. Lost another for the inexcusable reason... for the delay, poor staffing and planning. And lost the last for the subpar apology I received from someone posing as anauthority figure there. Apps - the burrata was disappointing, the inside had the consistency of crumbly feta cheese instead ofbeing the soft, creamy texture I was used to, while the eggplant rollatini was very salty even for me which is saying something. We were almost done with apps before the bread came. It was Father’s Day, but the restaurant was maybe a third full when wesat down, max half as the night wore on, and as more tables sat down, the only things coming out for anyone were pizzas andapps. As the delay dragged on, our waitress started avoided coming back to our section (I would too if I was put in thatsituation) and when we went up to check with her, she showed us the ticket saying the entrees were fired at 6:45. Ultimately wedidn’t get our entrees until 7:30, a full hour after we’d ordered. She claimed it took 45 minutes to cook 3 entrees becausethey only had one chef. When I asked if it was normal practice to only have one chef working, she said on Sundays, yes. When Ipointed out that it was Father’s Day (and I didn’t say this part, but summer weekends and only one chef is absurd) and thatit made no sense, she said she understood and it had been a discussion they’d had but she had no control over thestaffing. After she went away, someone in a Hawaiian looking shirt came over to “apologize” and said he “hoped we enjoyedour food”, in fact that seemed to be the only thing he was capable of saying. He then added that “they’d just turned offUber eats because the kitchen was overwhelmed.” At that time, my mother decided to send her salmon back because it wasswimming in sauce and over-salted and inedible. As frustrated and incensed as we clearly were, you’d expect him to offer tocomp something but n Read more

Worst. Experience. I. Have. Ever. Had. Place was busy with hardly any one to work there. Two bus boys and one waitress who also... bartended and a hostess walking around up front asking if they’ve been helped. It took over an hour for our food to come out.And we asked that part of an entree to be on the side which it wasn’t. No one to come around and refresh our water. When wecomplained as we left, it was only “It’s hard now. I’m sorry. “ and nothing else. Nothing to attempt to make it right.I. Will. Never. Go. Back. Again. And I will tell everyone of our experience. Read more

Apps were good, caesar salad was underwhelming in size and chicken was thin and dry, all dinners presented nicely, but all said... were just ok on taste. We clearly had bad server... tables around us getting drinks, appetizers, and dinners, and we r beggingto get bread. Dinner took way too long. Then check comes and they auto add 20% tip (we were 4 adults and two kids)- server andrestaurant did not earn this tip, they stole it. This is what put me over the edge and why writing review. Very disappointing. Read more

I really like this restaurant. Cozy and quaint. They carry Whispering Angel by the bottle. Outdoor seating in the summer. The... food is fresh and excellently prepared. They have delicious desserts. Staff is friendly. They are also on Uber Eats for when Idon’t feel like going out. I wish them continued success. *Recommended Dishes* 1. Baby Kale Salad. Add Crispy Chicken. 2.Chicken Parmigiana. Portion size is huge. 3. Penna alla Vodka. A classic. 4. Cacio e Pepe. Another classic. 5. Cannoli Cake. Hastons of fresh cream. Send me your recipe please. 6. Cream puff. See photo. Read more

This past weekend was my first-time dining at Il Posto, and I will definitely be back. I made a reservation, and was promptly... seated on time and where I had requested. I started my meal with the Mimmo’s Meatballs, which were tender, and flavorful –honestly, some of the best meatballs I’ve ever had. I followed this with the house salad – simple, but very good – thedressing was really nice, good flavor and not overdressed. For dinner I had the chicken francaise. The chicken was thin slicedand moist, and was accompanied by mashed potatoes and sauteed veggies. The entrée was very lemony and garlicky, and that ismeant in a complimentary way – it was delicious. My server, Samantha, was friendly and attentive. I am looking forward todining at Il Posto again. Read more

Service was okay. Didn’t get a waiter until requested for one. Became the forgotten table. Thankfully our meal was delicious... and Rudy, the busser, was extremely attentive to our service. Wish he had been the waiter. Recommend take out since the diningexperience wasn’t the best. Read more
